This order was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan on 19.04.2019, published on the official website of the legal information of the Republic of Tatarstan pravo.tatarstan.ru on April 19, 2019 and comes into a force 10 days after the date of official publication.

Today, April 20, 2019, all divisions of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan together went on a clean-up day on sanitary cleaning of the territory assigned to the Ministry under the motto “Let's make cleanliness together”! Today, April 19, 2019, completed a two-day internship of municipal employees in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. During the internship, students were given lectures and practical classes where the following key issues were discussed: municipal property accounting, interaction with the appraisal community and examination of municipal property valuation reports, municipal property management, transition to its implementation in electronic form, land development relations in the municipality, increasing the efficiency of management of municipal unitary enterprises and joint stock companies with Education in the authorized capital, activities in the field of cadastral relations.
Following the results, students were handed documents of the established sample on the passage of a short-term internship at the Higher School of State and Municipal Administration of Kazan Federal University.
04/15/2019, the Federal Law No. 63 FZ “On Amendments to Part Two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and Article 9 of the Federal Law“ On Amendments to Parts One and Two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation on Taxes and Fees ” is adopted .
The federal law for individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity establishes the procedure for calculating the tax on personal income based on actual income received, professional and standard tax deductions.
In addition, the Federal Law clarifies the procedure for applying an investment tax deduction on corporate income tax in relation to expenses related to the creation of an infrastructure facility in the territory of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation or in the adjacent water area.
The federal law abolishes the obligation of taxpayers to submit tax declarations on transport and land taxes for tax periods starting from 2019, and also determines the procedure and grounds for discontinuing the calculation of personal property tax on taxable objects that have ceased to exist due to their death or destruction.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan assists in registration of land plots for the needs of oil producing companies, including the transfer of land from one category to another, suitable for the construction of relevant facilities.
As of today, 31 projects of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, on the transfer of 93 land plots with a total area of 140 hectares from the category of agricultural land to the category of industrial and other special purpose land have been adopted, including:

On April 4-5, 2019, the All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference on the Implementation of State Policy in the Field of Countering Corruption was held in the Livadia Palace-Museum of the city of Yalta of the Republic of Crimea.
The Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergey Aksenov addressed the audience with a welcoming speech, who noted the high significance of the event and stressed that thanks to such conferences, it is possible to exchange experience between the subjects of the Russian Federation in the implementation and practical application of the legislation of the Russian Federation on countering corruption, and its further improvement, assist in organizing the interaction of law enforcement and other government agencies on countering issues ptsii.
The Conference discussed issues affecting the problems of monitoring compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of combating corruption in government bodies and organizations set up to perform the tasks assigned to the executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as the transformation of bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation for the prevention of corruption and other offenses to independent state bodies subordinated directly to the highest to nostical persons (heads of the highest executive bodies of state power) of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
The Conference was attended by representatives of the Office of the President of the Russian Federation on anti-corruption issues, the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service, the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service, the Federal Service for Financial Monitoring, bodies of the Russian Federation for the prevention of corruption and other offenses, as well as representatives of a number of leading scientific institutions and public associations.

In accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan of March 4, 2019 No. 429-p, from 11 to 13 April 2019, chess competitions were held within the framework of the Spartakiad of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan. Competitions were held on the basis of republican sports school of the olympic reserve for chess, checkers, of R.G. Nezhmetdinov. The tournament was attended by 27 teams from ministries and departments of the republic.
The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by a team of 4 people, as required by the conditions of the competition: Ravil Khasanshin, Ilya Pakhmutov, Yuli Denisova and Ninella Vafina. Competitors played on the Swiss system in 9 rounds (3 rounds per day) with a control time of 10 minutes each.
At the end of nine rounds, our team took 17th place. Employees of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan are proud of their team. Well done!
