As of February 28, 2019, according to applications from large families for land, it was decided to include 50,280 applicants in the lists, including 12,100 in Kazan, and 6,706 applicants in Naberezhnye Chelny.

In total in the Republic of Tatarstan, taking into account the city of Kazan and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, 36 995 land plots were cadastral registered.

In total, in the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, the city of Kazan and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, 32,766 land plots were granted to common families with three or more children.

The President of the Russian Federation signed the Law “On Amendments to Article 171 of the Housing Code of the Russian Federation” dated January 22, 2017 No. 1-FZ.

The law establishes that the executive authority of a constituent entity or an institution authorized by it does not have the right to demand from citizens documents and information confirming the payment of monthly contributions for the overhaul of common property in an apartment building in order to compensate for the costs of overhaul repairs.

Information on whether citizens have arrears in the payment of monthly premiums for capital repairs by an authority or institution can be obtained from the regional operator or the owner of a special account upon request. The regional operator, the owner of the special account must provide such information within five working days from the date of receipt of the relevant request.

On February 27, 2019, a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC TATNEFT chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov was held at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting heard information on the execution of goals and projects in the field of information technology, identified key IT projects for implementation in 2019-2020.

The Board of Directors also discussed the dynamics of changes in the ratio of reserves and oil production in accordance with the “Strategy 2030”. In February of this year, information on the boundaries of 2 municipal districts and 4 rural settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan was entered into the Unified State Register of Real Estate (USRRE). Thus, the borders of all 956 municipalities of the republic are put on cadastral registration.

 The availability of up-to-date information on boundaries in the USRRE ensures compliance with legal requirements when conducting cadastral registration, helps to reduce the number of land disputes between right holders, as well as the involvement of land in circulation.

On February 21, 2019, a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held, at which the organizational issue was considered. By the order of the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Khamaev of February 12, 2019 No. 47-pr, the new composition of the Public Council under the Ministry was approved. At the presentation of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, members of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Asiya Timiryasova, Arthur Mustayev, Roza Akhmadiyeva were included in it. According to the local authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, according to the results of January 2019, non-tax revenues from the use and sale of municipal property and land plots owned by municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, received by the local budgets of the Republic of Tatarstan, amounted to 302.7 million rubles. In general, in the Republic of Tatarstan, the budget assignment for the local budgets for 2019 is set at 3,816.3 million rubles.
