Employees of the State Budgetary Institution “State Cadastral Evaluation Center” have successfully completed training and final attestation under the professional retraining program “State Cadastral Evaluation” at Federal State Budgetary Institution of Higher Professional Education  Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

On February 13, 2019, under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Galiyev, a meeting was held in the form of a videoconference, where the issue of updating the Consolidated List of Hydraulic Structures owned by the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan was considered.

According to the results of the next stage of the inventory, as of January 1, 2019, 709 Hydraulic Structures are in the ownership of municipal entities of the republic.

The meeting also reviewed the work with hydraulic structures in 14 districts of the republic, including the shortcomings made. Thus, Hydraulic Structures were noted, which are in the process of execution without specifying the approximate deadlines for completion of work, in a number of districts legal documents on municipal property were not drawn up, some of which in the list of Hydraulic Structures unreasonably included ponds, dams, etc.

Municipal entities were requested to correct the identified comments no later than March 1, 2019.

They also considered proposals for the implementation of the “Plan of joint activities of state authorities and local self-government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of the 13th congress of the Association“ Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan ”in terms of determining the need for funds for conducting pre-declaration Hydraulic Structures surveys.

It was proposed on the ground, together with representatives of the Rostekhnadzor and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, to determine the Hydraulic Structures, for which a safety declaration and a pre-declaration survey are required, to organize work on the execution of the schedule for conducting pre-declaration surveys before March 1, 2019.

On February 9, 2019, the XXXVII All-Russian Mass Ski Race “Ski Track of Russia - 2019” and the republican ski competition “Ski Run of Tatarstan - 2019” started in Kazan. The massive ski race was held at three venues: in Gorkinsko-Ometievsky forest park, at the Lokomotiv stadium in the village of Yudino and in the floodplain of the Kazanka river (Gavrilov-Chuikov street).
