Today the annual general meeting of shareholders of PJSC «Nizhnekamskneftekhim» at which the results of financial and economic activity of the enterprise in 2017 have been summed up has taken place in Nizhnekamsk. The President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has taken part in work.

The CEO of PJSC «Nizhnekamskneftekhim» Azat Bikmurzin has made the report on work results in 2017. He has reported that the company has exceeded the production plan, the index of physical volume has made 102,1%. Proceeds from sales of production and services have reached 162,1 billion rubles. 702 thousand tons of rubbers are realized. 698 thousand tons of plastics are shipped, shipments of linear polyethylene of low density are increased by 70 thousand tons.

Azat Bikmurzin has reported that concentrating the main efforts on production activity, Nizhnekamskneftekhim at the same time pays much attention to environmental protection. In 2017 the volume of the sewage dumped from productions of the company is reduced by 5 million 140 thousand cubic meters. Formation of waste, in comparison with last year, was reduced by 17 thousand tons, emissions in the atmosphere have decreased more than by 1 thousand tons.

During the performance the President of Tatarstan has emphasized that «Nizhnekamskneftekhim» is one of the largest producers of synthetic rubbers in the world and plastics in Russia today. He has reminded that before the meeting opening of new hi-tech production of basic monomer-isobutylene which is used at production of isoprene and butyl rubbers and also by production of a high-octane component of motor gasolines has taken place. It is the next stage of the large-scale program for modernization and accumulation of capacities for production of SKI-3 rubber.

"With end of the project on modernization of production of an isoprene the annual production of isoprene rubber will increase more than by 50 thousand tons and will reach an indicator of 330 thousand tons in the third quarter of the current year. In Nizhnekamsk about 40 percent of all world capacities for release of SKI-3 will be concentrated", - Rustam Minnikhanov has told.

He has emphasized that in 2017 which is anniversary for «Nizhnekamskneftekhim», the company was ahead of schedule on production of products, export shipments have grown by more than 11%, the index of industrial production in the comparable prices has made 102,1%. Dynamics of annual growth of volume of production for 2-3% is kept. Production of ethylene last year on «Nizhnekamskneftekhim» has reached record value and has made more than 613 thousand tons. In 2017 the volume of investment has exceeded 17,9 billion rubles.

Rustam Minnikhanov has noticed that in many respects thanks to such enterprises as «Nizhnekamskneftekhim» the republic keeps positive growth rates of economy. So, gross regional product volume in 2017 was 2 trillion 115 billion rubles, the volume of the shipped industrial output - 2 trillion 254 billion rubles, investments into fixed capital - 637 billion rubles. Tatarstan takes the fourth position among Russian regions on the volume of the mobilized own income. The republic is the largest taxpayer in the country.

It is mobilized tax payments, customs duties, contributions to social funds for the sum over 853 billion rubles from the territory of Tatarstan to budgets of all levels. The social orientation of the republican budget grows. Today the share of prime and socially important expenses of the budget makes about 72% of the total amount of expenses. Thanks to achievements in economy the republic realizes the large-scale social programs directed to improvement of quality of life. Today there are 38 such programs.

According to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, for the next decade petrochemical and oil-processing industry will remain the main point of growth of economy of the republic. This priority is fixed in "Strategy-2030". For «Nizhnekamskneftekhim» the project of construction of new production of ethylene with a power of 600 thousand tons and the connected productions on processing of products of pyrolysis remains the main thing.

Rustam Minnikhanov has noted that in the current year on the platform of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum the agreement on financing of a new olefin complex has been signed. "It is great success. In the mode of sanctions «Nizhnekamskneftekhim» has obtained the soft available loan of more than €800 million, - the President of the Republic of Tatarstan has emphasized. - The project enters an active phase. Collaboration with the German partners in design engineering and the choice of suppliers of the equipment has already begun. In return we will render necessary assistance in implementation of the project".

In case of land surveying or specification of location of borders your land plot crosses borders of the adjacent land plot or is completely located in borders of other land plot, then the problem which now has arisen can be resolved, having addressed to the Federal Registration Service of Tatarstan.

Management of the Federal Registration Service in the Republic of Tatarstan on the basis of your address will eliminate this crossing (imposing) by removal of the "disturbing" land plot from the state register. It is possible in case it is about the land plot, the information about which owner is absent in the Unified state register of the real estate and which state cadastral registration is carried out till March 1, 2008. This situation is established by the federal law "About the State Registration of the Real Estate" which has come into force since January, 2017. In total the Federal Registration Service of Tatarstan during operation of the law has struck more than one thousand land plots off the state register.

In more detail about when it is possible to strike the land plot off the cadastral registration, we were told by the deputy chief of department of maintaining Unified state register of the real estate and improvement of quality of data of Unified state register of the real estate of Management of the Federal Registration Service in the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Milyutin:

- It occurs in the following cases: if data on the land plot contain in the Unified State Register of the Real Estate, but the rights for it aren't registered. In this case a request in public authorities, local governments about existence of documents of title and the bases for differentiation of the property right, concerning the land plot is sent. If within 3 months reply to the request doesn't arrive or the notice of lack of such documents arrives, the land plot is struck off the cadastral registration.

Within execution of the subprogramme "Providing premises to orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 4/30/2014 No. 289 i, the auction on acquisition of 148 premises for the subsequent granting to orphan children is announced:

6/29/2018 09:00 – the deadline for submission of bids on participation;

7/5/2018 09:20 – holding an open auction.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and it’s subordinated institutions participate in the State program "Energy saving and increase in power efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014-2020" that means nowadays full replacement of existing lighting fixtures in buildings of the Ministry and it’s subordinated institutions by energy saving. Today replacement of devices by energy saving is made for 60%. The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan and it’s subordinated institutions are registered in the "Information on Energy Saving and Increase in Energy Efficiency" Module which is division of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation. All information on implementation of the Federal law on energy saving arrives in the online format. The declaration on energy saving for 2017 is completed in the "Information on Energy Saving and Increase in Energy Efficiency" Module.

On June 21, 2018 t within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 3/22/2010 No. UP-156 "About measures for development of system of rendering legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 11/2/2012 No. 73-ZRT "About rendering free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" he action for rendering free legal aid to the population, will take place in the Agryzsky municipal district.

Today within a working trip to Moscow the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has met the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation Vladimir Medinsky.

The issues connected with restoration of objects of culture in the territory of the republic and also the course of construction new and repair of already existing recreation centers were discussed in the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

"Now we come to a stage of coordination of restoration works on objects of the Kazan Kremlin. Works will be carried out taking into account all norms and requirements", - Rustam Minnikhanov has emphasized. According to him, various state departments which were located in the territory of the Kazan Kremlin have moved to other buildings, and the freed squares will be given for museum and exhibition activity.

Rustam Minnikhanov has noted that it becomes to increase tourist appeal of the Kazan Kremlin.

For long-term fruitful work and a big contribution to development of the sphere of the land and property relations Sergey Demidov who has recently left a post of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan is awarded with a medal of the Republic of Tatarstan «For valorous work» by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov.

The medal is handed today by the minister Azat Hamayev in the presence of the administrative board of the ministry. The minister has expressed the words of gratitude to Sergey Demidov for professional approach to work, fruitful activity in the ministry and the achieved significant results in the solution of the tasks facing the republic and also has wished him success on the important leading posts in Alexeyevsky municipal district.

On June 7, 2018 the meeting in the video conferencing mode with representatives of municipal districts on consideration financially - economic activity of municipal unitary enterprises for 2017 and 1 quarter 2018 has taken place under the chairmanship of the Deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Diyarov.

Following the results of 2017 by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan it is collected and analysed 123, and in 1 quarter 2018 of 119 accounting (financial) reports of the operating municipal unitary enterprises.

During the analysis of accounting (financial) reports for 2017 49 unprofitable enterprises are revealed that makes 40% of total number of the operating municipal enterprises. In 1 quarter 2018 the unprofitability is observed at 55 enterprises that makes 46%. The greatest number of the unprofitable enterprises in a section of municipal districts are in Verkhneuslonsky, Yelabuzhsky and Chistopolsky municipal districts.

Following the results of 2017 57 enterprises (46%), in 1 quarter 2018 53 enterprises (45%) are loaded with debt. The most loaded with debt enterprises are noted in Aktanyshsky, Bavlynsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Laishevsky, Mendeleevsky and Menzelinsky municipal districts.

Yesterday the warm meeting of the minister Azat Hamayev with representatives of the «Yalkyn» magazine and its active readers has taken place in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Pupils of 8-11 classes from different districts and the cities of the republic who dream to become journalists and already cooperate with the magazine have arrived to the meeting.
