On May 12, 2017 in the settlement of city type Aksubayevo heads of rural and city municipalities of Zakamye have gathered for the zone training seminar meeting. Delegations of Alexeyevsky, Alkeevsky, Novosheshminsky, Nurlatsky, Spassky, Chistopolsky and Aksubayevsky districts – more than 170 people have discussed urgent problems.

Participants of a seminar were welcomed by the head of Aksubayevsky district Kamil Gilmanov. He has acquainted with economic and social situation in the district, cultural and national heritage of the area. Also he has noted that without support of heads of rural settlements the district wouldn't develop and didn't change.

During the seminar meeting before heads of rural settlements the deputy minister of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev has made information on topical issues and tasks in the sphere of development of the land and property relations in municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On May 11 the first in this year sectional seminar meeting for the heads of settlements of the republic of topical issues of local government has taken place in Leninogorsk. There were heads of rural settlements of 7 munucipal districts of the republic: Aznakayevsky, Almetyevsk, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Leninogorsky, Cheremshansky, Yutazinsky.

Information on topical issues and tasks in the sphere of development of the land and property relations in municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan was made by the deputy minister Farit Musin.

During his performance topical issues have been asked about the land and property relations. Problems concerning planning of territories and approvals of master plans of settlements are separately designated. The deputy head of executive committee of the Almetyevsky district O.N. Shabalin and a number of heads of rural settlements asked to render assistance concerning territorial planning of this area, including upgrading of master plans of settlements.

On May 11, 2017 in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held open biddings on increase in cost on realization of vehicles. 7 units of vehicles were offered for sale.

By results of the held auction 3 cars for the total amount of 1 249 790 rub which will come to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan were sold.

Today at a meeting of the State Council in three readings the bill of introduction of amendments to article 33 (point 3) of the Land Code of the republic has been adopted at once. The document introduced by the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstanis developed within implementation of measures, directed to support the persons affected by actions of financial, credit institutions and unfair builders.

As the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has noted Azat Hamayev, submitting the bill, now the Land code of the republic has provided a possibility of granting the land plot which is in the state or municipal ownership without tendering only for implementation of large-scale investment projects. These investment projects have to correspond to the following criteria: 1) creation or increase in quantity of jobs; 2) requirement to the estimated volume of investment; 3) increase in annual receipts from the taxes raised in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan; 4) construction of individual houses and (or) apartment houses for granting measures for protection of the rights of citizens – participants of shared-equity construction of the apartment houses affected by actions (inaction) of unfair builders. The adopted bill supplements this list with the criterion providing support of the persons affected by actions of unfair builders, and also the persons affected by activity of the credit or other financial institutions registered in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. "On the submitted bill there are all necessary conclusions of legal services: Public chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, including the conclusion of linguistic examination", - the Chairman of Committee on ecology, environmental management, agro-industrial and food policy Takhir Hadeev has noted, making the supporting report on a question, and has suggested to adopt the bill in the first and third readings at once.  

More than 600 citizens of Menzelinsk have taken part in the action "Immortal Regiment"

On May 9 in day of the Great Victory, hundreds of citizens of Menzelinsk have taken portraits of the native veterans in hand and have joined a procession of "An immortal regiment". The column of "An immortal regiment" was forming during 8 hours near regional palace of culture.

Here the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev, the head of the municipal district Aydar Salakhov, other officials have joined a column.

Every year participants become more and more. Memory of the veterans is kept in each family. How many new names of our fellow countrymen who were at war on fronts of the Great Patriotic War and working in the back, are entered in the list of the Immortal regiment of Menzelinsk for this day!

Following the results of 4 months 2017 37 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the projects, prepared by the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, on the transfer of 130 land plots of agricultural purpose with a total area more than 300 hectares to the category suitable for further construction are accepted.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan has announced an electronic auction on realization of the complex of buildings with the land plot located in the historic center of the city of Kazan on Nagornaya St., 6.

            The initial price – 107 701 000,00 (One hundred seven million seven hundred one thousand) rubles excluding VAT.

Bid increment - 1 184 700,00 (One million one hundred eighty four thousand seven hundred) rubles.

            Date and time of holding the auction in an electronic form: 18.05.2017. The beginning at 09:00 (time of holding a procedure of an auction corresponds to local time in which the electronic platform functions).

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2016 together with the branch ministries has held events for inventory of the not used real estate objects which are in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. By results of the carried-out work 83 uninvolved real estate objects suitable for use are revealed. According to specialists of department of economy of the ministry in 4 months 2017 the non-tax income from use and realization of the state property and the land plots which has come to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan have made 131,24 million rubles.

In a section of articles as of 01.05.2017 the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan has received:

from rent of property – 28,36 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 59,26%;

from land lease – 19,53 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 35,03%;

from an easement – 0,83 million rubles – the plan is implemented by 133,87%;

from realization of property – 8,1 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 27%;

from realization of lands – 1,0 million rubles (on this article the plan isn't established);

from trust management – 52,16 million rubles – the plan is executed for 101,68%;

dividends – 0,11 million rub - the plan is implemented for 0,17%;

part of net profit of the State unitary enterprises of the republic - 20,96 million rubles – the plan is implemented for 51,5%.

27.04.2017 the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan has carried out departure to the Agryzsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan (further – the Area) for the purpose of inspection of use and safety of premises provided to orphan children and children without parental support (further – orphan Children).
