On October 30, 2016 on the basis of the Center of boxing and table tennis within the Sports contest of public servants of the Republic of Tatarstan there have taken place table tennis competitions.
Skill of possession of a racket was shown by representatives of 30 teams of the ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan among whom active part was taken by team of the Ministry of land and property  of the Repulic of Tatarstan.

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced open biddings on value increase with an open form of submission of offers on the price on implementations of the non-residential premise with a total area of 731,3 sq.m, the floor 1б located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Rikhard Zorge St., 121, room 1211.

28.10.2016 in Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Rustem Shameev took place a meeting on providing organizational and technical measures for implementation of requirements of the federal law № 218-FZ Federal Law «About the State Registration of the Real Estate». The deputy minister of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan Timur Zaripov, the head of department of registration of the rights of public formations of Management of the Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan Ada Zaydullina, representatives of municipalities of the republic, including Kazan, heads of structural divisions and specialists of Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of organizations subordinated to the ministry participated in a meeting.

As of 01.10.2016 according to information of chambers of the property and land of municipal districts in the Republic of Tatarstan there are 70 513 unclaimed land shares with a total area of 380,6 thousand hectares.

As judgments in 40 municipal districts the right of municipal property to the parcels of land with a total area of 228,6 thousand hectares is recognized.

According to chambers of the property and land of the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan the property right of municipalities to the parcels of land with a total area of 188 thousand hectares is registered.

The President of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, the member of the commission of the Federal Registration Service on cadastral disputes Andrey Lisichkin gave an urgent interview on problems of cadastral property value of citizens and entrepreneurs in the news program of the Tatarstan — «Noviy Vek» company.

According to the offer of NP Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan the meeting of a working group on market monitoring of the real estate took place in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan. At a meeting the directions determined by board decisions of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, a project team of Council for an entrepreneurship at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Agreements and joint developments of Partnership with Guild of realtors of the Republic of Tatarstan are disaggregated.

    During the meeting the order of interaction is determined by provision of information on real estate objects and transactions with them, the preliminary schedule of forming of base of monitoring, representation of its in printed form and subsequent updating is approved. Also questions of automation of monitoring in development of the achieved joint results of activities are discussed with the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarsan and Guild of realtors of the Republic of Tatarsan.

21.10.2016 the Federal Registration Service made the decision on inclusion of data on Self-regulatory organization "Association of Cadastral Engineers of the Volga Region" (SRO ACE Povolzhye) in the state register of self-regulatory organizations of cadastral engineers. According to point 1 of part 3 of article 30 of the Federal law dated 24.07.2007 № 221-FZ "About the State Immovable Property Cadastre" one of the bases for inclusion of data on association (union) in the state register of self-regulatory organizations of cadastral engineers is availability if in structure of such organization there are at least seven hundred members, corresponding to the compulsory provisions of membership in self-regulatory organization of cadastral engineers, established by part 13 of article 29 of the Federal law on the cadastre. According to the register of members of SRO ACE Povolzhye more than 900 cadastral engineers from all Volga Federal District are its part, i.e. today it is the largest organization of the region and one of the largest in Russia.

On October 26, 2016б sale of shares of JSC Dental Polyclinic No. 9 «Derbyshki», being in property of the Republic of Tatarstan, by means of a public offer took place.

The share block of company in the amount of 48,41 percent of the authorized capital is realized after earlier cancelled biddings. The Republic of Tatarstan completely left their shareholding structure of JSC Dental Polyclinic No. 9 «Derbyshki».

08.10.2016 departure of staff of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan to the Nurlatsky, Aksubayevsky and Novosheshminsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan for the purpose of inspection of use and safety of premises for orphan children and children without parental support has been carried out (further – orphan Children).

From 35 premises located in the Nurlatsky, Aksubayevsky and Novosheshminsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan employees Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan got access to 7 premises, in this connection, 7 inspection statements on use and safety of premises are drawn up.

20.10.2016 in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan the chairman of public council of the Ministry, the chief physician of sanatorium - a dispensary «Gazovik» Rasheed Abashev who told the government civil servants of the Ministry about features of manifestation of corruption in health sector was invited.

It is difficult to revaluate value of health sector: it allows to provide achievement of such purposes as a natural increase of the population, decrease in incidence, a work gain in productivity, prolongation of the able-bodied period of workers that promotes growth of a national income of the country and a growth in prosperity of the people. At the same time the health care prevalence corruption interferes with implementation of tasks, priority for social and economic policy of any state. In the world there is a number of the international organizations which are actively counteracting corruption in health care: The World Health Organization, the European observatory on systems and policy of health care, etc.
