For the purpose of safety, with approach of the fire-dangerous period (heaters, the air gun, и.т.д.) in the office building on Kosmonavtov St., 59, Kazan, door closers are installing, fire-prevention easels are checked for water return, fire extinguishers expired are replaced with new, faults of functioning of the fire warning are rectified, staff are instructed on fire safety.

On October 20, 2016 State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury held an open auction on value increase with an open form of submission of offers on the price on implementation of 5 trucking facilities of organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan. 3 cars for the total amount of 453 500 rubles were realized.

At the request of administration of the Republic of Tatarstan regarding debt repayment in the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan the regular meeting of the balance sheet commission on consideration of taxpayers, according to industry accessory, having a debt in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. Results will be voiced by the parties after discussion in Council for an entrepreneurship 21.10.2016. The line item of Partnership remains invariable - protection of business reputation of fair member appraisers of the Union, and, at the same time, counteraction to dumping and an unfair competition, improvement of quality of work in the market of appraisal. In development of the matter by board members the decision on preparation and the publication of Market monitoring of appraisal of the Republic of Tatarstan is made. It was underlined that for the purpose of the objective analysis of the data Partnership it is open both for business structures, and for profile authorities, first of all - in municipalities.

Since June 23, 2016 the Federal law of 23.06.2016 No. 193-FZ «About introduction of amendments to article 7 of the Federal law «About Introduction of Amendments to the Federal Law «About Assistance to Development of Housing Construction» and Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation» came into force (further – the Federal law).

The federal law establishes the right of lessees to redeem the parcels of land which are transferred to them according to the Federal law «About Assistance to Development of Housing Construction» for construction of facilities of the construction materials intended for production, products, designs for the purposes of housing construction, creation of industrial parks, science and technology parks, business incubators, infrastructure facilities, other construction, and also for their complex development, at the prices determined in lease contracts provided that lessees have no rent receivable and (or) to penalties (penalty fee) according to lease contracts and all conditions for implementation of such right provided by lease contracts are satisfied them.

Last week (13-14.10.2016), in Volgograd the first All-Russian congress of recommendations on appraisal activities of regions took place.

The congress was held at the initiative of self-regulatory organization of appraisers "Advisory council", some other associations of appraisers and with assistance of a regional management committee of state property. Participants at the event discussed the questions concerning changes in the land legislation and new rules of cadastral appraisal, also qualities of appraisal, exchanged experience of effective interaction of appraisal community and power, advanced training of appraisers.

The budget of Tatarstan for 2017 is introduced by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan according to the income – 166,8 billion rubles, expenses – 174,4 billion rubles, with deficit – 7,6 billion rubles. About it the Minister of Finance of the republic Radik Gayzatullin reported today at a republican meeting about results of execution of the consolidated budget of the Republic of Tatarstan in nine months of 2016.

The meeting took place under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Also the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Halikov took part in work.

State Budgetary Institution «Republican Property Treasury» carried out three inspections on effective use and safety of the state-owned property assigned on the right of operational management to the public institutions subordinated to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan and one check of use of the state-owned property transferred to Executive committee of the Baltasinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan for implementation of powers to the state civil registration.

According to the data provided by municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan taking into account Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny it is provided to large families in common ownership of 26 477 parcels of land, from them for the current week – 106 parcels.
