07.04.2016 in a  videoconference mode under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov held a meeting with all municipal districts and formations of the Republic of Tatarstan on "Summing up the results for the 1st quarter of 2016 for the implementation of e-state registration of rights to local self-government activity".

The participants of the meeting agreed that the state registration of rights is necessary to make maximum use of the service of the Office of the Management of State registration, cadaster and cartography service in Republic of Tatarstan and increase the supply of applications for registration of rights in electronic form in areas that are facing difficulties and problems in the registration of rights in electronic form.

All municipalities and formations of the Republic by the Republic of Tatarstan will receive comprehensive assistance and support from the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the Management of State registration, cadaster and cartography service in Republic of Tatarstan in the implementation of the service in the work of municipal districts.

06.04.2016 in the big hall of the City Palace of Culture held a zonal seminar-conference on topical issues of local government. It was attended by more than 150 heads of settlements from the 5 districts of the republic (Elabuzhsky, Kukmorsky, Mendeleevsky, Mamadyshsky, Agryzsky), representatives of several ministries at the level of deputy ministers, heads of city agencies. The event was moderated by the Chairman of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan Minsagit Shakirov.

The welcome at the meeting made the deputy head of Yelabuzhsky municipal district Zulfiya Sungatullina. In her speech, she noted that the seminar-conference has already become traditional, but in Yelabuga it passes the first time. "Many of us have seen the effectiveness of this form of communication of local governments and public authorities, which allows for direct contact to learn about innovations in the legislative and executive authorities, as well as learn from each other", - said Zulfiya Sungatullina.

05.04.2016 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov held a meeting with representatives of the Kazan Federal University on the transfer of property complexes of state health institutions to the federal ownership to create a University Hospital.

The Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan together with KFU is working on the preparation of the necessary documents for further directions in the Federal Property Management Agency.

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conclude agreements with local governments, which came into force on April 1, 2014. The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

According to information provided by specialists of the accounting, monitoring and information exchange management for the 1-st quarter of 2016 the Ministry considered 536 applications from municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan to 1035 transactions. As 653 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision and there are not revealed significant observations in 382 transactions.

04.04.2016 in Sarmanovo, in the district House of Culture, with the participation of Deputy Minister Farit Musin held the zonal training seminar-meeting for heads of settlements of 7 regions: Aktanyshsky, Zainsky, Menzelinsky, Muslyumovsky, Nizhnekamsky, and Tukayevsky Sarmanovsky.

The seminar was conducted by the Chairman of the Council of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan Minsagit Shakirov, deputy chief of the «Department of the work with the territories» of Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrei Nefedov and head of the district Farid Khusnullin.

In his speech, the Deputy Minister were discussed the most topical issues in the field of land and property relations at the municipal level. Much attention was paid to issues related to changes in land laws, revenue growth in the use of reserves in local budgets, as well as spatial planning, expansion of settlements, registration of ownerless property, waterworks and other issues.

For the I-st quarter of this year the number of notifications registered in the "People's control" system increased by 71 percent compared to the same period in 2015. These data were presented today at a meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan "On protecting the rights and freedoms of human and citizen in the framework of the review of the notifications in the state information system of " People's control ". Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov spent his meeting.

The meeting was attended by employees of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Office of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of ministries and departments, heads of municipalities, heads of executive committees of municipalities.

29.03.2016 SBI «Republican proprietary treasury» held an open auction (on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price) on realization of 8 vehicles of establishments of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       By results of the auction 6 vehicles for the total amount of 1 671 386 rubles were realized.

       As specialists of Management of land resources of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, all across the Republic of Tatarstan taking into account Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny to large families is provided in common ownership of 24 494 land plots.

       In Kazan it is provided – 2 649 land plots, in Naberezhnye Chelny – 2 329 land plots.

Resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 24.03.2016 № 167 approved the procedure of control of shares in limited liability companies which are located in the Republic of Tatarstan and were created in the privatization process.

This procedure is designed in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan dated July 26, 2004 № 43-ZRT "About privatization of the state property of the Republic of Tatarstan" and regulates the management, shares in limited liability companies which are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and were created in the process of privatization.

In accordance with the Resolution the rights of participant of a limited liability company, the share in the authorized capital of which is owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, has the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan which one is acting on behalf of the Republic of Tatarstan.
