08.04.2016 at the address: Kazan, Orenburgskiy tract, 5, (auction hall) SBI "Road Safety" guided by Art. 447, 448, 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan from 06.06.2011 № 878-p, holds an open auction to raise the cost of a public submission of proposals for the sale price of the next state of the property:

24.03.2016 a meeting of the working group for preparation of proposals on improvement of legislation in the sphere of enforcement of financial liabilities of orphans and children left without parental care, to housing and communal services. 22.03.2016 at the Management of Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan the regular examination on compliance to requirements of the legislation imposed to cadastral engineers took place. All of 18 declared citizens of Russia, having the document on secondary professional or higher education, wishing to become a cadastral engineers, were reached the examination.

       Following the results of carrying out a qualification examination 13 applicants became owners of certificates of the cadastral engineer, that is more than a half examined who could correctly answer to 64 questions from 80.

24.03.2016 at the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Farit Musin held a meeting on the issue of recognition of the right of economic management of the waterworks SUE "Tatrybhoz". In connection with the social significance of waterworks at the meeting also discussed the mechanism of development of the legal position of municipalities on this issue. In the discussion took part the representatives of Atninskiy, Zelenodolskiy and Rybno-Slobodskiy municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

23.03.2016 in Kazan held a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC "Tatneft" chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

During the work of the Board the results of budget execution for two months in 2016 were announced, and approved the budget for April and the second quarter of 2016.

Participants of the meeting discussed the current state of work to increase the efficiency of oil recovery and infill wells. PJSC "Tatneft" is developing 87 fields in 65 license areas, 84 fields and 61 license area of which are located in Tatarstan. Due to the consistent implementation of the annual technologies of increase the oil recovery factor, at the moment such activities provide the company about 6,8 million tons of additional oil production and more than 25 percent of the total production. A significant role in increasing the efficiency of enhanced oil recovery methods is given to horizontal technologies. Today, 812 horizontal wells, 111 multilateral wells and 356 of lateral horizontal wells are drilled and operated. In 2015, according to the plan, horizontal drilling in the North-Ashalchinskoye, Tuymetkinskoe and Bolshe-Kamenskoe elevations are fully implemented. Over the past decade there have been significant changes in the structure of developed reserves and new fields, significantly increased the proportion of stranded oil, cost-effective operation of these deposits provides the creation and successful implementation of new technologies.

23.03.2016 at the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the tender committee held opening of envelopes with applications for participation in the competition for the right to sign the agreement of trust management of the state property - the harbor wall, located at the Republic of Tatarstan, Spassky municipal district s.Bolgary, Muhamedyara str. 17a, .

The purpose of the object transfer to trust management - organization of berthing of passenger ships.

2 applications were posted, the contest declared valid according to the results meeting of the competition committee.

24.03.2016 in video mode held a meeting of the Commission on the consideration of the issues about: transfer to municipal ownership of real estate owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, and taking ownership of the municipal real estate property to the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan. The comission considered together with representatives of Chambers of property and land relations 5 offers from municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transfer of immovable property to the municipal ownership. 

     Following the meeting, the commission agreed all of proposals .

23.03.2016 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting on the implementation of the project "Development of the Kama industrial park" Master "with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan, JSC" KIP "Master".

The project "Development of the Kama industrial park" Master "provides for the establishment of the sixth stage of the park with attraction of investments in the amount of 6,9 bln. Rubles. As the sources of funding are planned: a non-profit organization "Fund of development of mono-towns" (1,9 billion rubles), the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan (0,1 billion rubles.), Private investment (equity and debts) (4,9 billion rubles).
