22.03.2016 was held a meeting in the "round table" format dedicated to gardeners problems. It was attended by deputies of the State Council and the Kazan City Duma, representatives of non-profit horticultural societies, ministries and agencies, municipal authorities.

The "round table" meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of Methodology and formation of municipal property relations department Vladislav Lukoyanov and deputy chief of department of the efficient use of public lands Venera Vafina.

The head of the Communist Party faction, deputy chairman of the parliamentary committee on state construction and local self government Hafiz Mirgalimov has opened the meeting, he noted that the problems of gardeners cover a large part of life. He outlined the sector problems, the solution of which, according to him, would make a significant contribution to food security of the country.

Participants of the "round table" noticed of executive authorities in the imperfection of the legal support of the mass movement, covering thousands of active and able-bodied citizens.

At the next annual general meeting of members of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan heard reports on the activities of the Partnership, approved by the organizational and financial documents, defining the directions of development in the future, has been elected the governing bodies.

   The Board of the Partnership, in accordance with the received proposals, elected heads of organizations - members of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan and independent candidates - representatives of the relevant authorities:

Aksanov Valeriy Arkadevich - Deputy Head of the Department of agriculture, land relations and consumer market of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan

Antonova Irina Ilgizovna - Vice President for further professional education of the Institute of Economics, Management and Law, Director of the Institute of Business Education.

On March, 18, on Kazan Millennium Square near the Central Stadium held a meeting-concert "We Are Together", dedicated to the second anniversary of the accession of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol to the Russian Federation. Event participants were welcomed by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Vasil Shaykhraziev, Vice-President of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Yuri Kamaltynov, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, chairman of the Federation of Trade Unionsof the Republic of Tatarstan Tatiana Vodopiyanova, the head of Bakhchisaray district of Crimea - the chairman of Bakhchisaray District Council of the Republic Crimea Refat Derdarov and others. The employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, representatives of social movements, public patriotic organizations, political parties, students of higher educational institutions, leading groups and performers of Tatarstan and others took an active part in the meeting. According to information of the Ministry of interior of the Republic of Tatrstan more than 12 thousand people became a demonstration-concert. The event ended with a performance of the leading art groups and artists of Tatarstan.

         Remember, that 16.03.2014 with a high turnout (82.71%) residents of Crimea (96.77%) and Sevastopol (95.6%) voted in favor of reunification with Russia. From the outset Tatarstan actively helps in the development of the peninsula, sharing experience, contributing to the sustainable development of the new Russian region. The inhabitants of our country in the spring of 2014 were encouraged by the proposal to hold a referendum in the Crimea and Crimean decision to join Russia.

 17.03.2016 at a meeting of the Board of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" for discussion and decision-making at the General Meeting of 22.03.2015approved the composition of candidates for the governing bodies of the Partnership, the draft annual financial statements, budget (financial plan) for 2016.

  The participants were listened with interest to the information of the Management Board member, the head of RO RSA "Society of Appraisers of Tatarstan" Dmitry Zahmatov on a trip to Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan) in order to prepare for the International Conference of appraisers which is planned in Kazan. It was decided to popularize the experience of the Partnership during the upcoming working visit in Kurgan Region.

March 17, 2016 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov were held open auction on the increase in the cost for the implementation of motor vehicles.

At the auction exhibited 18 units of vehicles, 9 out of which were sold.

With a starting value of 487.6 thousand rubles exhibited vehicles is implemented for 768,700 rubles, which exceeds the initial price of 1.6 times. Money from the sale will go to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Subordinated institution of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" was carried out verification of the use of state property assigned for the operational management for government agencies under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The Verification found that 6 real estate objects with total area of 6 507.6 sq.m. and 3 plots of land with total area of 7 796 square meters are not using, including:

- Painting and paint shop area with total area of 138.1 square meters with a land plot with total area of 3000 square meters, located at the adress: Popova str. 17, Kazan;

- Educational building with total area of 4949.2 square meters with a land plot with total area of 3150 square meters, located at the address: Tukaya str., 113 Kazan;

- Dormitory building with total area of 1085 sqm with a land plot with total area of 1646 sq.m, located at the adress: Dimitrova str., 6 Kazan;

- Country house with total area of 66.8 sq.m., located at the address: Laishevskiy district, GPP "Aviator", № 25.

Clarify the provisions of the law on local government.

The Law of the Republic of Tatarstan «On Local Self-Government in the Republic of Tatarstan» brought into line with federal law.

Position, regulate the conduct of the registry of municipal formations of the republic is excluded.

The Management of the state register of Russian municipalities is imposed by the government of the Russian Federation on the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation through its regional bodies. Information contained in the registry are open and accessible. In this connection no longer necessary for keeping the register of municipalities of Tatarstan.

In addition, the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan assigned additional responsibilities. The Ministry will carry out the direction maps (plans) of land sites in the cadastral registration authority in making the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan on the establishment or modification of the boundaries of municipalities.

10.03.2016 Executive Director of the non-commercial partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" Oleg Bulgakov took part in the section "The non-commercial sector and the state. NCOs roadmap "as part of the 10th anniversary of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan. Leading expert in the field of appraising Vladimir Boldyrev (Moscow), the leaders of socially oriented non-profit organizations (NPOs CO), ministries and departments and the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan participated in the section, held in the auditorium of Office of the President in the Kremlin in the videoconference mode.

    Oleg Bulgakov in his speech outlined the activities of the Partnership, highlighted the effectiveness of developments in the field of public-private partnership. They made a number of proposals for the application of practices of the Expert Advisory Board and the Committee on education and the social projects of Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan. In particular, it was proposed to use the experience of the Partnership and its members to assess the effectiveness of socio-economic projects of the SO NCO, forecasting cost savings from their sale.

Bids are to be sent to the developers of the Federal State program of the development of SO NCO for 2017-2020 years.

09.03.2016 pursuant to order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan SBI "Republican proprietary treasury" was carried out the verification of the use of state property - non-residential premises № 1002, ground floor 1, rooms 1-24 on the floor plan, the total area of 320.6 square meters, located at Kazan, Ibragimova Prospect, 27.

The Verification has been revealed: room №1002, located on the ground floor in a 5-storey building, built in 1963, needs repair, there are cracks in the walls, crumbling plaster, floors crumble, the room is not in use.
