On March 10, a session of the Commission on coordination of work on counteracting corruption chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov was held at the Kazan Kremlin.

Rustam Minnikhanov noted that though the republic is among Russian regions where people positively estimate anti-corruption work of authorities, there are no reasons to celebrate the victory over bribery.

The number of violations in the sphere of purchase of products, execution of works, and rendering of services revealed by prosecution authorities has increased.

Over the last five years sums of established violations in the sphere of state and municipal purchases have increased 1.5 times.

The president noted that citizens often do not see the difference between crimes and unfair execution of duties by authorities. People can stand temporary economic difficulties caused by external reasons, but if they see injustice they lose confidence in authorities. 

On March 3 a meeting of the Committee on ecology, nature, agricultural and food policy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by Tahir Khadeev took place.

Also the meeting was attended by Deputy Chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatyana Larionova.

In the beginning there was heard the report of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov on the implementation of the provisions of the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan in terms of free providing of land plots to citizens with three or more children.

Today 09.03.2016, at the next operational meeting held by minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev were sounded results of receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of the non-tax income for 2 months of 2016.

According to information of specialists of department of economy of the ministry, for 2 months of 2016 174 million 360 thousand rubles of the non-tax income came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from use and realization of the state property and land plots. Thus, for the February of the current year the budgetary task is performed for 60,36%.

On March 4, 2016 in the auditorium of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held a solemn event dedicated to the International Women's Day on 8 March.

      Minister Azat Hamaev congratulated the Ministry’s Women with the spring holiday, thanked them for their diligent work, the successful fulfillment of the tasks of the ministry.

On March 3, 2016 a meeting of the Expert Advisory Board of NP " Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" took place. The meeting considered an appeal of the Office of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Tatarstan about the reports on the market valuation of the property. Council experts discussed and generally supported the comments of the reviewer on the documents submitted. In accordance with the legislation in force, it was suggested on calling for expertise in the SRO and the possibility of re-evaluation. Decision was supported by the members of the Council. At the meeting, the Council also considered the issue of cooperation with the local authorities. A decision on the treatment head of the Republican proprietary treasure of municipal district to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, in the part concerning the activities of the Union of Appraisers of Tatarstan was made.

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conclude agreements with local governments.

The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

For two months of 2016 the Ministry considered 293 applications to 529 transactions, 165 of them are agreed. As 364 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.

      25.02.2016 in video mode under the chairmanship of the First deputy minister Sergey Demidov held a meeting of the Commission on the consideration of the issues about: transfer to municipal ownership of real estate owned by the Republic of Tatarstan, and taking the ownership of the municipal real estate to the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      On 25th of February, 2016 within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22.03.2010 No. UP-156 "About measures for development of system of rendering a legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" information consulting group provided a free legal aid in Almetievsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

         On February 26, 2016 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov held a videoconference meeting with the participation of the Management of Russian State Register of the Republic of Tatarstan and the heads of Chambers of Property and Land of the Republic of Tatarstan municipalities

       Commission of SBI “Management of material support” ,which is subordinated to the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, conducted technical examination of the premises occupied by the laboratory of the Central Specialized Inspection for Analytical Control (CSIAC) of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan.
