 In accordance with the request of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic Tatarstan and for the submission of documents for registration of transfer of the ownership of the church, located at the address: Republic of Tatarstan, Pestrechinsky municipal district, Kulaevo village, employee of SBI «Republican proprietary treasury» together with the representatives of religious organizations" Kazan Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church (Moscow Patriarchate) made a trip to Pestrechinsky Front Office of the Management of state registration of cadastre and cartography of the Republic of Tatarstan.

At the request of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan Transport Department of SBI "Management of material support" was allocated 4 units of vehicles for trips in connection with the needs of the service and execution of events. Visits were made to Chistopol, Zelenodolsk, Tetyushi, Vysokogorsky and Pestrechinsky municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. 19 units of cars for trips for the office and industrial purposes was given for the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan for a week.

Pursuant to the request of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, verification of the use of state property: premises №1000, purpose: nonresidential, total area of 88.1 square meters, floor number 1, numbers 1-9 on the floor plan, located at the address: Kazan,  Dementieva str., 29a, was carried out.

        The verifivation revealed: premises №1000 is used by the grocery store by the individual entrepreneur Trifonova L.I. The document confirming the right of use is not provided.

      In order of implementation of the project "Reconstruction of the pipeline Minnibayevo Kazan in the area 220-285 km" Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan is working to seize the land plot with cadastral number 16: 16: 040603: 108 with total area of 108.2102 hectares, located in the territory of Vysokogorsky municipal district, owned by. "AgroTakt" Ltd

       Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted a decree from 14.01.2016 № 10 "On the withdrawal of land for public use."

 On January 15, 2016 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan held an open auction to increase the value to the public submission of price offers for the implementation of the State Property: non-residential premises, the total area of 269.1 square meters, 2nd floor, room on the floor plan 1-4, 6-28, located at the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan, Baumana str., 60 in the amount of 8.3 mln. rubles.

       The funds from the implementation of the object will go to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       As specialists of Management of land resources of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, all across the Republic of Tatarstan taking into account Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny to large families is provided in common ownership of 24 193 land plots.

       In Kazan it is provided – 2 647 land plots, in Naberezhnye Chelny – 2 325 land plots.

14.01.2016 at the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister Rustem Merzakreev held a meeting of the commission for certification of cadastral engineers, which examined the issue of annulment of qualification certificates of 8 cadastral engineers who have violated the requirements of the legislation. 6 of 8 engineers came to the session, 2 were absent for a good reason. They were given the opportunity to provide evidence of compliance with legal requirements or reasonable excuse its non-performance.

       Following the session, the Commission decided not to cancel the 7 qualification certificate cadastral engineers, review of materials of 1 cadastral engineer postponed, due to the good cause.

For the provision of land to legal entities in accordance with subparagraph 3 paragraph 2 of Article 396 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation, Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan said the following.

Subparagraph 3 of paragraph 2 of Article 396 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation found that if land plot is providing in accordance with the order of the highest official of the Russian Federation for the providing of social and cultural and household purposes, large-scale investment projects realization if there projects meet the criteria established by the laws of the subjects of Russian Federation, provision of land, owned by the state or municipal property, is carried out without tendering.

In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conclude agreements with local governments, which came into force on April 1, 2014. The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

According to information provided by specialists of the accounting, monitoring and information exchange management in 2015 the Ministry considered 1654 applications from municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan to 3275 transactions, 1126 of them are agreed. As 2149 transactions notes are given, documents were sent back for revision.

According to the protocol of the meetings of the Board of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" №7 from 12.23.2015, according to the results of monitoring of the Partnership, tariffs of the SRO and appraisal organizations, Committee on Tariff Policy approved the recommended minimum rates for appraisal works for 2016.
