      Subordinated institution  of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan SBI “Republican proprietary treasury” have been held following auctions in January 2016:

      - on the privatization of the property in the amount of 8,267,060 rubles.

      - on implementation of 3 land plots seized by force with total amount of 181,503 rubles.

      - on property lease, the results of which are enclosed 4 lease property.

      In accordance with the Federal Law "On Joint Stock Companies" the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan completed extension of state representatives to the management and control bodies of joint stock companies for 2016-2017, notice of nomination of candidacies to the management and control of joint stock companies with a share of the Republic of Tatarstan in the authorized capital in respect of which use a special right ( "golden share"), as well as proposals on the agenda of annual general meetings of shareholders were sent within the terms established by the legislation. Total 182 representative nominated in the 87 joint-stock companies.

      Ildar Khalikov took part in a meeting of the board of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2015 completely fulfilled its tasks for 2015. This was stated by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov, speaking at a meeting of the board of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on the results of work in 2015 and tasks for 2016.

      Pursuant to the order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov of improving the effectiveness of control over the activities of state and municipal unitary enterprises this week representatives the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in a number of meetings with the participation of line ministries, local authorities government, state and municipal unitary enterprises held in the Treasury Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On 28 of January, 2016 within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22.03.2010 No. UP-156 "About measures for development of system of rendering a legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT of 02.11.2012 "About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" departure of information consulting group from specialists of the ministries and departments on rendering a free legal aid in Zelenodolsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

       In structure of information consulting group from the Ministry of  land property  of the Republic of Tatarstan,it was involved the leading consultant of department of legal support of land and property – Hanzhina Anna Viktorovna.

In order to ensure in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan safe operation of gas distribution networks (gas pipelines), including the possibility of regular maintenance and preservation of integrity, in 2014, the Ministry is authorized to make decisions on the approval of the boundaries of protected zones of gas distribution networks (gas) and restrictions (encumbrances) on incoming in their land.

In accordance with federal law only cadastral engineers who have passed qualification examination and received a qualification certificate of cadastral engineer may carry out work on land management. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Tatarstan to receive an examination was established the Commission for certification of cadastral engineers, composed of employees of the Ministry.

       In 2015 there have been 11 qualification exams, which was attended by 172 people, but only 83 of them were awarded the title of "Cadastral Engineers" (another 13 certificates were issued in connection with a change in the personal data of applicants).

At a meeting of the Board of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" determined that the annual general meeting of the members of the Partnership will be held on 22 March 2016, at 10.00 at the address: Kazan, Vishnevskogo str, 26. The list of materials for the agenda will be approved and sent to the members of the Partnership in mid-February. The list of persons entitled to participate in the meeting, is drawn up according to the register of members of Partnership on.26.01.2016. The Board decided on the amount and terms of payment of membership and entrance fees in 2016.

Writing-off of fixed assets of state enterprises and institutions, both morally and physically obsolete is the one of the main tasks of the Ministry.

       In 2015, the number of requests for write-offs increased by more than 40%. requests from 680 organizations are considered, write off to 631 organization are allowed, 7229 objects are written off, which exceeds the previous year by 2.2 times.

The results of receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of non-tax revenues in 2015 summed up.

According to specialists of department of economy of the ministry, for 2015 from use and realization of the state property and the land plots 917 million 950 thousand rubles of the non-tax income came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. Thus, for the last year the budgetary task is performed for 102%.
