Today at a meeting of the State Council in the first reading passed a bill amending the Land Code of the Republic. Innovations are primarily associated with the need to bring the national legislation into conformity with federal law.

In particular, the federal legislator added the chapter "Allocation of land plots owned by the state or municipal property." to the Land Code. Some provisions have been abrogated.

The Minister of Land and Property Azat Hamaev introduced that bill. Supplementary report made the Chairman of the Committee on Ecology, Environment, Agriculture and Food Policy Tahir Khadeev.

Deputies are clearly prescribe the conditions under which the land is providing for free of charge in Land Code of the Republic. The right have the residents of Tatarstan is working on a municipal service for at least 6 years in positions of health professionals, education and agriculture. This list of proposals was submitted by municipalities.

The Working Group was headed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov.

Prior to the meeting of the Council of Menzelinsky Municipal District "On the results of socio-economic development of the Menzelinsky Municipal District for 2015 and tasks for 2016" representatives of the Republic were inspected production base of furniture factory "Mebelev" and "Trading-Production Firm "Prospector", which is available 58 names of goods. They also took part in the ceremony of the settlement of a new 27-apartment house in the village of prospectors. The facility is built on the targeted citizens of the resettlement program of emergency shelter and under the social mortgage.

In the lobby of the district House of Culture was launched the exhibition of district entrepreneurs and representatives of peasant farms. There Ildar Khalikov and Azat Hamaev talked to entrepreneurs, asked their activities and plans for the future.

      Today, in the Kazan Kremlin, an agreement on mutual cooperation was signed between the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC "AK" Transneft ". Document was signed by President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and President, Chairman of the Board of JSC "AK" Transneft "Nikolay Tokarev.

      Rustam Minnikhanov thanked Nikolai Tokarev for the visit to Tatarstan, for support to the country, assistance in solving strategic tasks, participation in social projects.

        Pursuant to the order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan from 02/02/2016 verification of use of state property was carried out at the address:

      Kazan, 3rd Klenovaya, 23A, in particular verification of usage of non-residential premises on the 1st and 2nd floor, total area 687.44 sq.m.

        The verification revealed that the condition of the premises is satisfactory, premises are not used.

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan has made changes in the forecast plan of privatization of government-owned property of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2016, and included the shares of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, PJSC Tatneft and JSC TANECO.

Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov signed the relevant order on February 2, 2016. The decision is based on the need for more effective use of the existing resources. The shares will be transferred to the Ministry of Land and Property.

The shared will be used for supporting and developing priority economic sectors and leading enterprises of the republic, and will increase industrial cooperation within the Kama petrochemical cluster.  The information about any further transactions will be revealed in accordance with the legislation if necessary.

      Today 02.02.2016, at the next operational meeting held by minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev were sounded results of receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of the non-tax income in January of 2016.

      According to information of specialists of department of economy of the ministry, for the January of 2016 from use and realization of the state property and the land plots 8 million 460 thousand rubles of the non-tax income came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. Thus, for the January of the current year the budgetary task is performed for 2,93%.

      In order to provide methodological assistance to municipalities in terms of management of municipal property and land plots Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan conclude agreements with local governments, which came into force on April 1 last year. The agreements provide for a wide range of cooperation, including the analysis of compliance with the legislation of the draft decisions on transactions with property and land plots.

      In the aim of efficiently use of state property 29.01.2016 the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan announced an open tender for the right to  sign the agreement of trust management of state property - the harbor wall, located at the Republic of Tatarstan, Spassky municipal district, city of Bolgary, Muhamedyarova str., 17A.

      Employees of the State budget institution "Management of material support" responsible for fire condition in the workplace held a briefing on the work of fire-technical minimum, in order to increase the level of fire prevention culture, skills and techniques for extinguishing fire, saving lives, property and health.

      During the review the issues of administrative and criminal responsibility for violation of fire safety, basic legal and normative technical documents on fire safety, organizational maintenance of fire safety; measures aimed at the prevention of fires in the organization were highlighted.

      As reported by the experts of Management of Land Resources of the Ministry, in the Republic of Tatarstan, taking into account Kazan and the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, is provided 24,255 plots of land to large families in common ownership.

       2647 land plots is granted in Kazan, 2 325 land plots – in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
