On 16th of June, 2015 the meeting of the working group on preparation of suggestions for improvement of the legislation in the sphere of execution of financial obligations of orphan children and children without parental support, with housing-and-municipal services in the videoconference mode took place.

16.06.2015 in the Sarmanovsky municipal district it is passed meeting on a question of creation of a scientific and educational complex on the basis of mines of the Sarmanovo village in which the Assistant of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Olesya Baltusova, representatives of the interested ministries, departments and the organizations took part.
On 1st of June, 2015 the Ministry of Economic Development approved 3 new Federal standards of an assessment by orders No. 326, No. 327, No. 328.
"The business assessment (the FSO No. 8)" - contains requirements to carrying out an assessment: actions, shares in share funds of production cooperatives, shares in the authorized (depository) capital, and also a property complex of the organization or its part.

As of 10th of June, 2015 on the projects prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan it is accepted 57 resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the re-categorization more than 300 land plots with a total area about 400 hectares from category of lands of agricultural appointment in the category suitable for construction, for businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan, including subjects of small and average business, for placement of pits, objects of communication, road service, oil production and other industrial facilities.
On 11th of June,2015 the delegation of Department of the state property and land of the Ulyanovsk region at the head the department director S. M. Mishin visited the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The business meeting of representatives of delegation and the minister of the land and property A. K. Hamayev, and also an administrative membership of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. During this meeting guests were informed on activity the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan, it is made an exchange of experience on topical issues of management of the state property and land resources, and also interactions with municipalities. Representatives of the Ulyanovsk region visited divisions of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan and examined their work on places. The meeting was useful and productive for both parties, interaction between the Department and the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan will be continued.
In pursuance of the order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan of 3rd of June,2015 No. 1282-r "About transfer of the state property", for the purpose of increase of effective use of the state property, it was made the decision on transfer to State budgetary institution "Management of Material Security" five units of vehicles (four Daewoo Nexia cars and one VAZ-2131) on the right of operational management.
According to specialists of department of economy of the Ministry, in five months of 2015 from use and realization of the state property and the land plots 368 million 900 thousand rubles of the non-tax income from use and realization of the state property and the land plots came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. Thus, in five months of the current year the budgetary task is performed for 164,9%.
On 9th of June,2015 it is carried out an open auction (on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price) of realization of the state property assigned to State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" on the right of operational management. 3 lots which initial price made 240 000 rubles were offered for auction. During the auction the price increased almost twice. All property was realized for the total amount of 456 000 rubles.
On 9th of June, 2015 for rendering the remote help to the Republic of Crimea under the chairmanship of the deputy minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Musin took place the meeting in the video conferencing mode with heads and specialists of Chamber of property and land of the Zainsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan and Administration of the Bakhchsarai municipal district of the Republic of Crimea.
