      The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan on 10th of July, 2015 at 13.00 o'clock holds open biddings (on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price) on sale of the land plot withdrawn forcibly located at the address: Kazan, Vishnevsky St., 26 (salesroom).

      On 4th of June, 2015  took place the departure of information consulting group to the Agryzsky municipal district, for carrying out receptions on rendering a free legal aid to country people within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22nd of March,2010 No. UP-156 "About measures for development of system of rendering a legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT of 2nd of November,2012 "About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan". In structure of information consulting group from the Ministry of land property of the Republic of Tatarstan was involved the leading consultant of department of legal support of land and property – Musina Alina Faritovna.

      State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" in pursuance of an order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out check of use of the state property located in Bavly, Leskhoznaya St., 1 and in Bavlinsky district, Popovka village, Podgornaya St., 25. 

      On 2nd of June,2015 State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" carried out open auction (on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price) on realization of 8 vehicles of institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan. 5 cars for the total amount of 629 100,00 rubles were realized.

      State Budgetary Institution "Management of Material Security"  conducts work on the conclusion of contracts of purchase and sale of vehicles and their payment by results of the auction which took place in State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" where 25 units of motor transport were realized.

      Procedure of the accounting of the hired houses of social use and the land plots provided or intended for their construction in municipal registers of such houses in the Republic of Tatarstan is established by the specified order.

      Maintaining the register is carried out by the local government determined by executive committee of municipality.

      The register includes data on the hired houses of social use and the land plots provided or intended for their construction. Maintaining the register is carried out in electronic form on a reduced form.

       On 3rd of June, 2015 in the Federation Council the draft of the Federal law "About modification of the Federal law "About estimated activity in the Russian Federation"  No. 135-FZ is approved.

      The federal law is aimed on improvement of procedure of carrying out by the self-regulating organizations of examination of reports on an assessment, and also on increase of information openness in this sphere.

      On 23rd of May, 2015 order taking of socially oriented non-profit organizations for participation in Republican competition on rendering property support in the form of granting in free use of the state property of the Republic of Tatarstan (a workplace : furniture and the equipment in the building on 8th of March st. ,18 in Kazan) is ended.
