      On 2nd of June,2015 in Management of Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan the regular examination on compliance to requirements of the legislation imposed to cadastral engineers took place. From the declared 18 citizens of Russia, having the document on secondary professional or higher education, wishing to become a cadastral engineers, examination was reached by 16 people. Other candidates on various circumstances weren't.

      Today, on 3rd of June, 2015 at Institute of economy, management and law the first deputy minister S. A. Demidov and the head of legal support of the land and property E. A. Voronina within realization of an educational program for citizens of the Republic of Crimea reported on a subject: "The main directions of a uniform of state policy in the sphere of the land and property  of the Republic of Tatarstan". During the lesson the main questions of management of the state and municipal property of the Republic of Tatarstan were taken up, problematic issues are raised, and also the  characteristic of development of the federal legislation in the land and property sphere is submitted. Lecture caused a great interest in listeners who received answers to numerous questions.

      The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan in May, 2015 on the basis of the available power of attorney from the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 17th of November,2014 No. 12-53/11593 prepared 46 documents in the XML format according to the adopted resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transference of the land plots from lands of agricultural purpose to lands of the industry for the subsequent direction in Federal State Budgetary Institution "Federal Cadastral Chamber of Rosreestr" of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" on 29th of May,2015  carried out open auction (on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price) on realization of 5 vehicles of JSC Tatmedia. 1 car for the sum of 44 000,00 rubles was realized.

      The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan on 3rd of July, 2015 at one o'clock at the address: Kazan, Vishnevsky St., 26 (salesroom) holds open biddings (on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price) on sale of the land plot withdrawn forcibly:

      the land plot with cadastral number 16:38:030601:570 with total area of 30 hectares which is located at the address: the Republic of Tatarstan, the Tetyushsky municipal district, the Monastyrskoye rural settlement, from lands of agricultural purpose, the allowed use: for agricultural production.

      The initial price – 789 000,00 (Seven hundred eighty nine thousand) rubles excluding VAT. An auction step – 27 615,00 (Twenty seven thousand six hundred fifteen) rubles.

       In order to implement the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on 02.10.2012 № 73-ZRT "On provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan," and in the framework of events dedicated to the International Children's Day the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan have been organized providing of free legal assistance, the following categories of citizens: 

-         disabled children, orphans, children left without parental care, a person from the number of orphans and children left without parental care, as well as their legal representatives and representatives;

-         persons wishing to take the education of the child in his family, left without parental care;

-          - adoptive parents.

      Today,  on 1st of June, 2015 at weekly meeting of the minister A. K. Hamayev with heads of structural divisions of the ministry the manager of projects of GMC Consulting Ilya Shubnikov made a speech with information on the "Introduction and Implementation of the Project of Increase of System Effectiveness of Management in Public Authorities and Local Government in the Republic of Tatarstan" project.

      According to the order of 18th of March, 2015 No. 430-r, for ensuring sanitary cleaning of territories of the cities and municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan and bringing them to condition which response the requirements of ecological and sanitary safety of the population,  the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan declared a sanitary and ecological two-month from 1st of April  to  31st of May this year.
