In order to implement the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan on 02.10.2012 № 73-ZRT "On provision of free legal assistance to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan," and in the framework of events dedicated to the International Children's Day hours the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tatarstan will be organized providing of free legal assistance, the following categories of citizens:  

-         disabled children, orphans, children left without parental care, a person from the number of orphans and children left without parental care, as well as their legal representatives and representatives;

-         persons wishing to take the education of the child in his family, left without parental care;

-          - adoptive parents.

According to information posted on the website of the newspaper "Vedomosti" Ministry of Agriculture of Russian Federation by the order of the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has developed proposals for the donation of state and municipal land for up to five years to citizens and legal entities investing in agriculture. This offer is directed to the Government of the Russian Federation.

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation proposes to add Article 39.6 of the Land Code, listing the reasons for the donation of land for use, - to clarify that it can get a person implementing projects in agriculture. In case of successful realization of these projects the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation proposes to restructure these sites for sale or to lease without bidding.
