In order to increase efficiency of state property being in the economic management of state unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as increasing the transparency of joint stock companies with a share of participation of the Republic of Tatarstan in the authorized capital of more than 50 percent Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted the Resolution from 13.05.2015 № 337 which is amended in accountability of heads of state unitary enterprises, joint stock companies with 100-percent share of the Republic of Tatarstan and the representatives of the state bodies in the management and control of joint stock companies (hereinafter - the Order).

Now the head of the state unitary enterprise annually, before September 1, directs the executive body of the Republic of Tatarstan, exercising the state regulation in the industry, the management, the program of the company, containing the key performance indicators for the next year and the planned period of two consecutive years, on form in Annex 1 to the Order number.

07.05.2015 at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov held a meeting on the implementation of orders of the acting President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov on registration of land plots under the facilities of transport and social infrastructure of SEZ "Innopolis."

       As specialists of Management of land resources of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, all across the Republic of Tatarstan taking into account Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny to large families is provided in common ownership of 23 352 land plots.

On the website of the Russian State Register of the Republic of Tatarstan (http://rosreestr.tatarstan.ru) posted the schedule of "hotlines" of the territorial departments of the Republic of Tatarstan in the month of June. In June, is planned 45 "hotlines", referring to which citizens can get expert advice of specialists to get answers to questions about:

the state registration of rights to immovable property and transactions with them,

 on public land oversight which is carried out by the Office of the Russian State Register of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The deputy minister of the land and property Farit Musin took part in work of the program of professional development of the public and municipal servants of the Republic of Tatarstan "Effective management of the state and municipal property" which passed from May 12 till May 21, 2015 in the building of KSU at the address: Kazan, Kremlyovskaya St., 35.

  The program of occupations allowed the public civil and municipal servants to gain knowledge of the legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan in the sphere of the property and land; to determine features of the state and municipal property as objects of management, to consider structure of objects of the state and municipal property, and also ways of management of these objects; to actualize knowledge and abilities of application of effective management of property as factor of competitiveness of the territory; to gain a profound impression about strategic objectives and priorities of social and economic policy of the Republic of Tatarstan; to update knowledge in the sphere of increase of economic efficiency of management of the state and municipal property,  contents and methods of realization of anti-corruption policy in the Republic of Tatarstan.

May 2, 2015 at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan chaired by the First Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov held a sale of the state property without naming the price, with public submission of proposals for purchase.
