Russian public organization "Russian Society of Appraisers" held XXIII International Conference of appraisers from 14 May till 15 May 2015 in Sevastopol. More than 140 participants from 55 cities of Russia, as well as colleagues from Bulgaria and the Republic of Belarus gathered in the conference hall of the «BEST WESTERN Sevastopol Hotel» Sevastopol. The annual event to exchange experience lasted two days. During event Russian experts and foreign guests discussed a few of important issues. The main of them - the changes in the legislation on appraising activities.
On May 21, 2015 the departure of information consulting group to the Nurlatsky municipal district, for carrying out receptions on rendering a free legal aid to country people within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan "About measures for development of system of rendering a legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT of 02.11.2012 "About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" took place.
The State Organization "Management of material support" held an auction for sale of state property, which was put up for sale 27 units of vehicles marks LADA 21074, VAZ 21154, GAZ-3102. At the end of the auction vehicles sold totaling 2,015,200 rubles.

Today, on May 19, 2015 took place the meeting of a certifying commission of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan of certification of 15 public civil servants on compliance to posts of the public civil service on the basis of an assessment of their professional office activity. Besides, some civil servants passed a qualification examination for the purpose of assignment of a class rank.

As of May 15, 2015 37 resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan on the transference of 225 land plots with a total area about 375 hectares from category of lands of agricultural appointment in the category suitable for construction, for placement of objects of oil production are accepted on the projects prepared by the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Money for buyout of the land plot of 4,3 hectares which is in K. K. Sungatullin's property for construction and reconstruction of the highway "Sorochy Gory-Shali" allocated by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
As of 01.05.2015 according to information of chambers of the property and land of municipal districts in the Republic of Tatarstan there are 73 894 unclaimed land shares with a total area of 398,6 thousand hectares. Judgments in 39 municipal districts recognized the right of municipal property for the land plots with a total area of 209,6 thousand hectares.
