       On May 14, 2015 the departure of information consulting group, for carrying out receptions on rendering a free legal aid to country people to the Arsky municipal district within implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan of 22.03.2010 No. UP-156 "About measures for development of system of rendering a legal aid and legal education of the population in the Republic of Tatarstan" and the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 73-ZRT of 02.11.2012 "About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" took place.

       On May 15, 2015 order taking for participation in auction on realization of vehicles, being on responsible storage in State budgetary institution "Management of Material Security" comes to the end.

       In 2014 Management of Federal Registration Service on the Republic of Tatarstan revealed more than 65 thousand hectares of not used lands of agricultural appointment, as a result of pre-judicial settlement this area is reduced to 33 thousand hectares.

     According to changes in the land legislation in 2015, the state land supervision regarding use of the land plots from lands of agricultural purpose which turn is regulated by the Federal law of 24.07.2002 No. 101-FZ "About a turn of lands of agricultural purpose", for maintaining agricultural production or implementation of other activity connected with agricultural production is assigned to Management of Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance.

       Today, 12.05.2015, at the next operational meeting at the minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamayev were sounded results of receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of the non-tax income in four months 2015.

       According to information of specialists of department of economy of the ministry, in four months of 2015 from use and realization of the state property and the land plots 370 million 140 thousand rubles of the non-tax income came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan . Thus, in four months of the current year the budgetary task is completed for 165,48%.

       Due to the non-use of lands of agricultural purpose during the term established by the federal law the Ministry of  land and property  of the Republic of Tatarstan orders of 22.04.2015 No. 932-r, 933-r "About holding the auction on sale of the land plots withdrawn forcibly" are accepted.

       According to the orders, open auction on sale of the land plot of 30,1 hectares located in the Tetyushsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan from lands of agricultural purpose, the allowed use: for agricultural production, also land plots with a total area of 25 hectares located in the Pestrechinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan from lands of agricultural purpose, the allowed use: for agricultural production, will be carried out.

       The ministry of land and property of Republic of Tatarstan continues work according to Agreements with municipalities of Republic of Tatarstan on carrying out monitoring of key transactions on management of municipal property and the land plots.

       For January-April, 2015 the Ministry considered 529 addresses from 39 municipalities of the  Republic of Tatarstan according to 1083 transactions, from them 424 transactions are agreed. According to 659 transactions remarks are given, documents are sent to completion.

       On the eve of a great holiday in the foyer of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan was issued the thematic stand "They Battled for the Homeland" devoted to the Great Victory. Besides, presented the exhibition of drawings of children of staff of the Ministry and subordinated institutions "World by Eyes of Children". At the separate stand were placed materials about veterans of the Great Patriotic War – memories of staff of the Ministry about their family.

       According to an order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and the Ministry of  land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan the employee of the State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" to the Federal Registration Service of the Republic of Tatarstan filed documents on 18 health care facilities for registration of the property rights of the Republic of Tatarstan. Further the given objects will be transferred to the property of the Russian Federation.

       On the basis of the order "About the state property" the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan made the decision on transfer to State budgetary institution "Management of Material Security" 9 units of vehicles on responsible storage, for the purpose of increase of effective use of the state property.

       Today in the Ministry of construction, architecture, housing and communal services of  the Republic of Tatarstan took place the meeting with participation of representatives of the  Ministry of land and property  of the Republic of Tatarstan and other interested bodies.

       At the meeting was discussed the question of timeliness of payments in the sphere of housing and communal services in separate municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan for the consumed utilities.
