       On May 6, 2015 in a conference room of  "Grand hotel Kazan" took place the training seminar for the heads and specialists of chambers (managements, committee) of the property and land of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on a subject: "Land and property  in 2015: new requirements of the land law".

       The seminar was opened by the deputy minister of  land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev. In an opening speech he emphasized that more than two months  chambers and  the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan  work in conditions when considerable changes in the land legislation fully came into force. On the one hand some experience is already gained and on the  other hand   more and more questions on practical application of new requirements of the law appear. Therefore there was an imperative need of carrying out training and for holding a seminar the qualified lecturer – E.A.  Kodina - the director of non-profit partnership  "Center of Innovations of municipalities" was invited.

       State Budgetary Institution "Republican Property Treasury" in pursuance of an order of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out verification of using of the state property located in the Alkeevsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       The state budgetary institution "Management of material security" allocated  the duty vehicles to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan in connection with unscheduled departures during the holidays for carrying out the regional state environmental supervision on identification illegal placement of waste in  Kazan and districts of the Republic of Tatarstan  to ensure control over  their liquidation.

       The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan in April, 2015 continued work on the approval of borders of security zones of gas-distributing networks (gas pipelines) and imposing of restrictions (encumbrances) on the land plots which are part of these networks for safety of objects of gas-distributing networks (further – GDN) in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan from 24.12.2014 № 636-pr and in order of monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of activity of the Chamber of Land and Property of Kamsko-Ustinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan Ministry staff from 28 till 29 April held offsite events in the Kamskoye Ustiye township.

      From 16.04.2015 till 29.04.2015 sectional seminars meetings with heads of municipalities of the republic  took place. In these seminars meetings deputy ministers of the land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan  made reports.

      Today under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Rustem Shameev held the meeting in the videoconference mode with the Nizhnekamsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning elimination of shortcomings of activity of the Management of the property and land of the Nizhnekamsky municipal district of the Republic of  Tatarstan. 

     On April 27 in the Buinsky municipal district took place the zone training seminar meeting for heads of settlements .

      Part in a seminar was taken by the Chairman of the Board of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan – Shakirov Minsagit Zakirovich. Also took part representatives of Apastovsky, Kamsko-Ustyinsky, Drozhzhanovsky, Kaybitsky, Tetyushsky and Buinsky municipal districts. 

    The next meeting of  Board of "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" was devoted to discussion of questions of tariff policy, positioning at the federal level and public initiatives of Partnership.

The committee on tariff policy prepared the recommended minimum tariffs for carrying out of estimated works.

The board made the decision on the statement of the minimum cost of estimated works on the detailed groups and gave the corresponding instructions for publication of the document on the website ocenshiki-rt.ru,  direction to appraisers, authorities and other consumers of estimated services.

Candidates of  Partnership for participation in the working groups of Council for estimated activities for the directions of strategy of development of estimated activity, methodical providing, a cadastral assessment, qualification and examination are also approved and will be sent to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

      Within implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About rendering a free legal aid to citizens in the Republic of Tatarstan" and commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941 - 1945 in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan the Day of rendering a free legal aid to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and members of their families was held on April 28, 2015.
