        According to results of the carried-out auction on 26th of May, 2015 on realization of 25 units of vehicles, the transport department of State Budgetary Institution "Management of Material Security" conducts work on transfer of vehicles to new owners.

       On 18th of June,2015 in the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Farit Musin it is took place the meeting of the commission on carrying out competition on replacement of 4 vacancies of the public civil service :

· leading consultant of department of use of the state property (department is in the structure of management of property);

· leading consultant of department of the register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan (the part of Management of the account, monitoring and information exchange)

· leading consultant of department of economy;

· senior expert of 1 category of department of the cadastral relations.

       Today,on 19th of June,2015, in a conference room of the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan it is took place the meeting of staff of the ministry with activists of the youth movement "We …" which is structural division of public organization "Academy of Creative Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan" .

       Now according to the current legislation in joint-stock companies from shares of the Republic of Tatarstan and concerning which the special right ("gold share") is used annual general shareholder meetings are carried out. Current week it is took place annual general shareholder meetings in JSC KNIAT, JSC Bugulminsky elevator, JSC Bugulma Combine of Bakeries No. 2, JSC Sodruzhestvo, JSC Nizhnekamskshina, JSC KMPO, JSC Elabuzhskoye HPP . In agendas of annual general shareholder meetings it is considered the questions about approval the annual reports, annual accounting reports   following the results of activity for 2014, payment of dividends, formation of governing bodies and control of societies for 2015-2016.

       The ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan declared open biddings on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of the real estate objects with the land plots located in the Chistopol.

       Date of the auction on 7th of August, 2015 at 10.00.

       As specialists of Management of land resources of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, all across the Republic of Tatarstan taking into account Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny to large families is provided in common ownership of 23 422 land plots.

       In Kazan it is provided – 2 640 land plots, in Naberezhnye Chelny – 2 325 land plots.

       In the Ministry of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the leadership of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov  it  is held the meeting concerning formation of the land plots under construction of low houses for Tatar students from the Kyrgyz Republic.

       The resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 11th of June, 2015 No. 432 "About the statement of the Order of determination of the price of the land plots which are in property of the Republic of Tatarstan, or the land plots the state property on which isn't differentiated which sale is carried out without tendering" approved the price of sale of such land plots for implementation of point 2 of article 39.3 and article 39.4 of the Land code of the Russian Federation.

        On 5th of June,2015 the resolution No. 416 of Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan approved  the Order of conditions of placement of objects which types are established by the Government of the Russian Federation, on the lands or the land plots which are in the state or municipal property without granting the land plots and establishment of easements.

       This order regulated procedures and conditions of placement in these objects on the lands or the land plots which are in the state or municipal property without granting the land plots and establishment of easements.

       On 16th of June,2015 it is passed a meeting of the Board of Directors under the chairmanship of the first deputy minister of land and property of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov in Agro-industrial park "Kazan".

       Results of activity of the Complex for 2014, and also the development plan and results of the first half of the year 2015 were considered and approved at a Meeting.
