       Pursuant to the request of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT, on 14 and 17 October, 2014 employee of the state financed entity "Republican proprietary Treasury" filed documents to the Office of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography on RT in Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk for concession agreements registration in relation to objects of health care to provide services of outpatient hemodialysis for population.

       Yesterday, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan went through the second stage of the competition for inclusion in the personnel reserve of the Ministry on 3 positions of the civil service:

- Head of legal department;

- Head of the department of land resources;

- Head of methodology and the formation of municipal property relations of the legal department.

        Yesterday, 17.10.2014 at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Farid Mussin, commission session was held to conduct a competition to fill three vacant positions of the civil service:

· Leading specialist of accounting management informatization, monitoring and information interaction;

· Senior consultant on changing the land category and the land inclusion within the boundaries of settlements of land resources management;

· 1st grade senior specialist of cadastral relations legal support.

       According to the Federal State Statistics Service of the Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, during the audits in 40 municipal districts were identified 228 illegal quarries, which are located on agricultural land. In order to prevent illegal activity on the quarries development on common minerals output, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT conducted in the districts exit examinations to establish violations on land plots, owned by legal entities and individuals.

        On October 14, 2014, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov, open auction was held to increase the value with public costs submission on the real estate implementation: commercial premises, located at the Sarmanovsky district of Dzhalil urban village.

        In order to improve the work quality on the definition of cadastral and market values, considering disputes’ results on cadastral value, public discussion of the draft of RF Ministry of Economic Development order is held on the activities of the commission on disputes results of the cadastral value and entering into it of business community representatives, self-regulatory organizations of appraisers, the candidates presentation for inclusion to the Commission. 

    Due to the deteriorating weather conditions, the transport department state-financed entity "Material support management " is working to take transport from the water and  their engines preservation for the winter.

        On October 11, 2014 in the framework of the traditional environmental action "Forest Planting Day», employees of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took an active part in the notable forest planting in Vysokogorsky district forestry, Kadyshevo, by planting seedlings of coniferous species.

        Pursuant to the request of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT on October 8, 2014 employee of state finance entity "Republican proprietary treasury" together with the representative of the "Deaf Society RT" visited the premises located at: Kazan, Novo Azinskaya, 2a, donated to the SFE "Republican proprietary treasury".

        On October 9, in the auditorium of the ministries of Land and Property Relations of RT, a training seminar for the specialists of the Ministry and Chambers of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan on the topic: "The Land Code of the Russian Federation. Overview of included in federal legislation amendments and additions".
