      For public discussion and carrying out "national examination" on the official site of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan in the subsection "Independent Anti-corruption Examination of Regulations and Drafts of Regulations" of the section "Corruption Counteraction" the "Programs of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan for Realization of Anti-corruption Policy of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2015 - 2020" project is placed.

     Since September 1, 2014 No. 99-FZ "About modification of chapter of the 4th part one of the Civil code of the Russian Federation and about recognition become invalid for separate provisions of acts of the Russian Federation" came into force the majority of provisions of the Federal law of 05.05.2014.  Now legal entities will have to be created only in the organizational and legal forms provided by chapter 4 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation in edition of this Law. 

      On August 30, 2014 Minister Azat Khamayev took part in the festive actions devoted to Day of the Republic of Tatarstan fixed in the Tukayevsky municipal area.

       Employees of the state-financed entity "Material support management" have learned to use the system "BARS.Budget-State order" (e-shop) successfully. This program is applied to make small volume procurements in accordance with p.4 and p.5, part 1, article 93 44-FL "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs".

       30.08.2014, in the framework of "Russian ecological clean-up event - "Green Russia" employees of the state-financed entity "Material support management" carried out the clean-up of the entity, as well as neighborhood territory that is next to the administrative building in the Cosmonauts str., 59, Kazan.

On August 30, 2014 the staff of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan and subordinated establishments took active part in holding an action "The All-Russian ecological community work day – "Green Russia". 

       Pursuant to the instructions of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Republic of Tatarstan state financed entity "Republican proprietary Treasury" has carried out the check-out of state property use, located in the district of the Republic of Tatarstan Apastovsky. Feldsher-midwife station building is in the Karabaevo village, Tukay str., 8 and Bishevo country, Lenina str., 53.

       Effective 28.08.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 27 130 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 897, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 537 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 925. In Kazan 2 674 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       The Federal Law from 21.07.2014 №225-FL entered into force, amending the basic for appraisers Federal law on appraisal activity. The law is intended to improve the legal regulation of appraisal activity in the Russian Federation.

       More serious are the requirements for the duties of appraisers and legal entities that have made labour contracts with appraisers. So, appraisers are required to provide information on signed reports to the SRO quarterly. 

       On August 20, 2014 the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan took consideration of the Limited Liability Company "Skyland" application to the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan (further-Ministry) for cancellation of the Ministry regulation from 12.03.2014 "On the transfer of state property to the ownership of the Biryulinsky rural settlement of Vysokogorsky municipal district".
