       On August 22, 2014 Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev participated in the republican charity campaign "Help prepare for school" in the settled Tukaevsky municipal district. The festive event was held in the Municipal budget educational institution "Nizhnesuyksinsk secondary" public school".

        Institute of Economics, Management and Law - Member of the RT appraisers Union – became one of the 25 russian educational institutions accredited to hold single qualifying exam for SRO experts. 

       In pursuance of an order of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan  subordinated State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury carried out check of use of the state property of the GAOU SPO "Kazan Technical School of Elevated and Underground Transport" which is in operational management located to Kazan on Oktyabrskaya St., 38 and on Himikov St., 9.

       On August 22, 2014 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan open auction on cost increase with an open form of submission of offers on the price on sale of the land plot with a total area of 518 sq.m located at the address was carried out: Republic of Tatarstan, Aznakayevsky municipal area, of Aznakayevo, M. Dzhalilya St.

       On the basis of the order of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the transport department of State Budgetary Institution Management of Material Security conducts work on registration of 18 units of the vehicles transferred to fixed assets of the organization for updating of vehicle fleet. Cars will be used for service of the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of RT and the Ministry of forestry of RT.

       Effective 21.08.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 27 079 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 793, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 498 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 914. In Kazan 2 674 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       On August 21, 2014 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan open auction on cost increase with an open form of submission of offers on the price on sale of the land plot located at the address was carried out: Republic of Tatarstan, Yelabuga municipal area, Yelabuga, Sovetskaya St.

       On August 19, 2014 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov the meeting on a question of coordination of the list of the premises planned to acquisition in 2014 in property of the Republic of Tatarstan for the subsequent granting to their orphan children and children without parental support, persons from their number took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

       In connection with the become frequent addresses of the citizens having disability with statements for granting the land plots in property free of charge or on favorable terms Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan reports the following.

       According to article 17 of the Federal law of 24.11.1995 No. 181-FZ "About social protection of disabled people in the Russian Federation" (further – the Federal law No. 181-FZ) is provided the right of the disabled people and families incorporating disabled people for prime receiving the land plots for individual housing construction, maintaining subsidiary, country farm and gardening.

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, being guided by the Federal Law from 21.12.2001g. No. 178-FZ "About privatization of the state and municipal property", the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 26.07.2004g. No. 43-ZRT "About privatization of the state property of the Republic of Tatarstan", on the basis of the order Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan of 17.07.2014 No. 1455-r "19" of September, 2014 at 10.00 o'clock to the address: Kazan, Vishnevsky St., 26 (salesroom) holds open biddings on increase of cost with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of the following state property:
