       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT with the work of subordinated establishment transport department of State Budgetary Institution Management of Material Security, carried out work on planned technical inspection of the vehicles serving the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of RT and the Ministry of forestry of RT.

       State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury of 11.08.2014 carried out open auction on cost increase with an open form of submission of offers on the price of realization of vehicles.

       Effective 14.08.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 26 979 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 793, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 498 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 895. In Kazan 2 674 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan announced open competition on the right of the conclusion of the concession agreement concerning the health care facilities located at the address: The Republic of Tatarstan, Nizhnekamsk, Mendeleyev St., 46, for a period of 7 years for ensuring rendering services out-patient to a hemodialysis of people of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       On August 08, 2014 by results of electronic auction by Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan with "The State Housing Stock at the President of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit organization the state contract for acquisition is signed in property of the Republic of Tatarstan of premises for the purpose of the subsequent granting to orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support.

       11.08.2014 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax incomes for 7 months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT.
       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 677,480 mln. rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. Thus for six months the budget task is accomplished to 165,47 %.

In Kazan 2 674 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       Within holding the World Cup on high diving of State Budgetary Institution Managements of Material Security together with the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of RT monitoring of a condition of a surface water of the Kazanka river was carried out. 

       In pursuance of an order of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT during work from 04.08.14 till 08.08.14 State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury carried out check of use of the state property of the operational management fixed on the right for GAOU SPO "Kazan Machine-building Technical School", located at the address: Kazan, Pobezhimova street, 32.

       07.08.2014 meeting of the board of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan about work results for the first half of the year 2014 under the chairmanship of the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Khamayev took place. The board passed in a videoconference mode with participation of heads of Executive committees and Chambers Land and Property Relation of the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan. Members of board of the ministry, heads of structural divisions took part in work of meeting of the board.
