       On August 6, 2014 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov the meeting on a question of allocation of necessary JSC “Vivaton” at this stage of the land plot for production of preparations and cultivation of medicinal herbs took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       The president signed the Federal law "About modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation".

       The federal law is adopted by the State Duma on July 4, 2014 and approved by the Federation Council on July 9, 2014.

       The federal law governs the relations arising in connection with implementation of the state monitoring of lands, the state land supervision, municipal and public land control.

       In the new edition articles 67 of the Land code of the Russian Federation the tasks are defined , the contents and a procedure of the state monitoring of lands, recognizing that it is subdivided into monitoring of use of lands and monitoring of a condition of lands.

       Effective 01.08.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 26 837 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 753, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 440 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 794. In Kazan 2 674 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       01.08.2014 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov in a mode of a videoconference meeting of the commission on consideration of questions of transfer to municipal property of the real estate which is in property of the Republic of Tatarstan and acceptance of real estate from municipal property in property of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT. Members of the commission together with representatives of Chambers of the property and land relations in a video conference mode at meeting considered 18 offers of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on transfer of real estate in municipal property and 3 offers of the Muslyumovo, Nizhnekamsk, Sviyazhsky joint venture of Zelenodolsky of municipal areas on transfer of municipal real estate in property of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Based on the order of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Republic of Tatarstan work on reception on responsible storage of vehicles came to the end with transport department of subordinated State Budgetary Institution Management of Material Security. In total 44 units of cars, from them 39 units markilada-210740, 2 units of the DAEWOO NEXIA brand, 1 car of brand VAZ of 2115 and 2 units of the GAZ-3102 brand arrived.

       In pursuance of an order of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT subordinated State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury carried out check of use of the state property which is in operational management of GAUZ "Laishevsky TsRB", the Laishevsky municipal region of the Republic of Tatarstan located in the territory.

       Effective 31.07.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 26 809 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 725, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 440 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 794. In Kazan 2 674 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

      According to the order of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan the list of the vehicles which are offered for sale and being on responsible storage in State Budgetary Institution UMO finally was defined. 46 units of vehicles, from them 26 cars of foreign and 20 cars of a domestic production are put up for sale.

       On August 7, 2014 the board of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Republic of Tatarstan in a videoconference mode with participation of heads of chambers, managements (committee) of the property and land relations about activity results in the first half of the year 2014 will take place. Questions of ensuring profitability of the state and municipal property, implementation of land control, granting the land plots to large families, return to municipal property of illegally registered land plots, about modification of the Land code of the Russian Federation and some other questions are going to be considered.

       Yesterday, on July 24, in pursuance of orders of the President of RT Rustam Minnikhanov in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov the meeting on a question of change of category of the land plots of federal property, power on management and the order by which are transferred to executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. A transfer of the land plots from one category in another with a total area of 313 hectares is made for placement of the Volga region infrastructure complex (Science and technology park) in the territory of the Stolbishchensky rural settlement of the Laishevsky municipal area and MO of Kazan.
