       State Budgetary Institution Republican Property Treasury of 22.07.2014 carried out open auction on cost increase with an open form of submission of offers on the price of realization of the state property fixed on the right of economic maintaining for State Unitary Enterprise “Tattekhmedfarm”. Up for sale, 1 lot was put and realized.

       On July 24, 2014 the next meeting of Public council took place at Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. Members of Public council considered a question of involvement in an economic turn of inefficiently used real estate objects and the land plots.

       Artur Galiyev made information about held events Ministry of Land and Property of RT on increase of management efficiency by the state property and the land plots within a state program "Management of the state property of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020" the head of department of property Fanisa Safina and the head of department of management of land resources.

       On July 24, 2014 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov hold the open biddings on cost increase on realization of vehicles.

       Effective 23.07.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 26 750 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 725, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 440 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 747. In Kazan 2 674 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       23.07.2014 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT under the leadership of the deputy minister of the land and property relations of RT Rustam Merzakreev meeting of the interdepartmental working group on establishment, the description and transfer for entering into the State Immovable Property Cadastre of data on borders of municipalities and settlements took place. Representatives of Management of Federal Registration Service on the Republic of Tatarstan, branch of federal state budgetary institution "Federal Cadastral Chamber of Federal Registration Service" on RT, Management of architecture and town planning of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of RT, JSC Payment Processing Centre Zemlya took part in meeting.

       22.07.2014 regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       From 18 allowed 17 of applicants came  to pass the qualificational examination. 5 applicants passed exams successfully and they are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, being guided by the Federal Law of 21.12.2001 No. 178-FZ "About privatization of the state and municipal property", the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan from 26.07.2004г. No. 43-ZRT "About privatization of the state property of the Republic of Tatarstan", on the basis of the order of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT of 23.06.2014 No. 1226-r "08" of August 2014. at 10.00 o'clock to the address: Kazan, Vishnevsky St., 26 (salesroom) holds open biddings on cost increase with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of vehicles.

       Since January 01, 2012 the Federal law No. 223-FZ "About purchase of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities" which extends including on the municipal unitary enterprises and joint-stock companies with a municipal share in authorized capital more than 50% came into force.

       In the Republic of Tatarstan the additional electronic platform for the adjustable customers falling under action of the Federal law No. 223-FZ – web-site www.223.agzrt.ru is defined. On the specified site all adjustable customers, including municipal unitary enterprise and joint stock company have to place the Regulations on purchases and plans of purchases for the next year.

       According to the order of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT work on reception on responsible storage of vehicles for realization at the auction began transport department of State Budgetary Institution Management of Material Security.

       Joint inspection of water areas of river Kazanka and the Volga River is carried out by subordinated establishment of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT State Budgetary Institution Management of Material Security and the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of RT. For these purposes of State Budgetary Institution UMO provided to the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of RT the completed motor boat with all necessary equipment according to requirements of the state inspection for small size vessels.
