       Since the beginning of the current year in municipalities of the republic the stock "National Inventory" is carried out.  As the initiator of an action the municipality of Kazan acted where the best results on its carrying out are reached.  The main task of an action – usege of an initiative of the population for assistance to local governments in identification of not used or inefficiently used real estate objects and land plots, their involvement in economic circulation and increase in tax revenues. 

       Effective 16.07.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 26 662 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 682, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 440 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 643. In Kazan 2 589 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       The bill of modification in 135-FZ "About estimated activity", accepted by the State Duma of the Russian Federation in the third reading, is approved by the Federation Council and sent to 9.07.2014 Russian President. 

       The federal law is directed on improvement of regulation of estimated activity, activity of the self-regulating organizations of appraisers and the state cadastral assessment.

       On July 10, 2014, in the Ministry of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister Farit Musin the next meeting of the commission on carrying out competition on inclusion in a personnel reserve of the Ministry of 4 positions of the public civil service took place on the following vacancies:

- head of department of the cadastral relations;

- head of department of rent, realization of the state property and investment projects of management of property;

- head of department of residential real estate, housing-and-municipal and road economy of management of property;

- head of department of use of the state property of management of property.

      Yesterday, 10.07.2014 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Farit Musin meeting of the commission on carrying out competition on replacement of 3 vacancies of the public civil service took place. The vacancies were:

   the leading specialist expert of department of change of category of lands and inclusion of the land plots in borders of settlements of management of land resources;

   deputy chief of department of finance and state order;

   senior expert of 1 category of department of legal support of the cadastral relations.

      10.07.2014 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov the meeting on a question of registration of the land plots under the highways located in the Republic of Tatarstan took place.

      By results of the auctions which have been carried out by authorized body - the Management of government procurements of the Republic of Tatarstan, concluded the state contracts for delivery of autooils, auto chemical goods and auto parts for motor transport, state budgetary institutions consisting on balance of management of  material security and serving the Ministry of ecology and natural resources of RT, the Ministry of forestry of RT.

       11.07.2014 the Office of Rosreestr of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting of commission on disputes about the results of the cadastral value.The meeting includes Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev.

      07.07.2014 open auction on cost increase with an open form of submission of offers on the price of realization of vehicles was carried out by subordinated establishment of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT state budgetary institution RT republican property  treasury.  

       10.07.2014 meeting of a certifying commission of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT on certification of the government civil servants took place in order to assign the corresponding ranks on the basis of an assessment of its professional office activity.

       2 civil servants passed the certification.
