Effective 09.07.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 26 388 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 671, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 440 of applicants.
It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 620. In Kazan 2 580 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.
According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 595,130 mln. rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. Thus for six months the budget task is accomplished to 145,35 %.
4.07.2014 the results of open competition on right to contract of free use by the state property - the objects of electronetwork economy located in the territory of the monotown of Naberezhnye Chelny are summed up. Subject of competition was the right to contract of free use.
Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT submitted statements of claim to Arbitration court of RT about compulsory withdrawal of the land plots of the agricultural purpose located in the territory of Pestrechinsky and Laishevsky municipal areas, belonging on the right of common ownership of ZPIF “IART Development" and joint stock company “Matyushino's furs", in connection with non-use on purpose within three years.
04.07.2014 the term of survey ended with potential participants of auction of the state cars which are in responsible storage in the territory of state budgetary institution Management of material security exposed on auction.
03.07.2014 by subordinated establishment the open auction on cost increase with an open form of submission of offers on the price of realization of RGUP BTI vehicles was carried out by state budgetary institution of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT Republican Property Treasury.

In Kazan 2 580 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.
On July 3, 2014 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT open biddings on cost increase with an open form of submission of offers on the price on realization of a complex of real estate objects with the land plot, the city of Kazan located on Fatkullin St. were held.
For the second quarter 2014 27 inspections from 68 checks established by the plan for 2014 on effective use of the state property and the land plots transferred to public institutions, the organizations of various forms of ownership on the right of operational management, continuous (termless) using, free use and rent, including 19 checks of use of property by public institutions have been carried out by Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT.
During checks the following typical violations at checked establishments are revealed, including:
- transfer of the state property without consent of the owner to other organizations:
- there is no registration of the rights of operational management (continuous (termless) using) establishment on the real estate objects (land plots) which are on balance of the organization;
- the rights of operational management (continuous (termless) using) establishments on the real estate objects (land plots) used by the organization aren't issued;
- data in certificates on the state registration of the right of operational management (continuous (termless) using) establishments on real estate objects (land plots) don't correspond to actual data.
