       20.06.2014 a meeting chaired by Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev held on the integration of public information system of the Republic of Tatarstan "Information System on state and municipal payments of the Republic of Tatarstan" (RIS SMP) and software product «SAUMI».

      The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Information and Communication of RT Timur Zaripov, employees of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT and the Ministry of Information and Communications, as well as representatives of the companies developed these software products.

       As part of the Federal Law № 44-FL "On the contract system in the procurement of goods, works and services for state and municipal needs", responsible officer for procurement agencies of subordinated to the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT state-financed entity "Management of material support" successfully completed training to improve qualification.

       17.06.2014 regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       From 18 allowed 16 of applicants came  to pass the qualificational examination. 9 applicants passed exams successfully and they are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

       19.06. 2014 a meeting, chaired by the Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergei Demidov, held with representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services, SUE "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt" on territorial planning documents drafts harmonization of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan in the inclusion of land plots to settlements borders.

       Pursuant to the request of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT state-financed entity "Republican proprietary treasury" made check of state property use, located at the following addresses:

       Pursuant to minutes of the meeting of the RT Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov with the Republic of Crimea delegation from 29.05.2014 on assistance to the Republic of Crimea Bakhchisaray district by the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan 19.06.2014 held a regular videoconference with Bakhchisaray district representatives. The meeting’s theme - taxation of small and medium-sized businesses, the formation and execution of urban planning documentation.

       On May 18, in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT with representatives from the Ministry of Culture of RT, Kazan Executive Committee and the National Library of RT held a meeting on the placement of the book depository for the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan in Kazan.

       Executive Committee of the Kazan Municipality offered three options for book-stack placement in Kazan.

       The State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted and the President of the Republic of Tatarstan signed the Law of RT on June 9, 2014 № 47-LRT "On Amendments to the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses".

       This law tightened sanctions under Articles 4.3 and 4.4 of the Code of the Republic of Tatarstan on administrative offenses, providing the liability for violation of the non-residential premises order, owned by the Republic, municipal government, and the use of these properties.

       Effective 18.06.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 26 149 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 578, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 317 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 555. In Kazan 2 580 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.
