The presentations reflected last planned changes into the legislation on valuation activity, appraisal community offers on this issue, advanced Russian practice of informational and methodological support of federal and regional infrastructure projects in terms of assessment methodology development, monitoring, expert examination and control of assets evaluation, practical aspects of mass evaluation.

       Subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT state-financed entity "Republican proprietary treasury" 16.06.2014 held a public auction on the rising cost with public costs submission to sell a land.

       Exhibited for sale the land with total area of ​​73 square meters with the permitted use to accommodate office space, located in the Kukmorsky municipal district.

      In order to assist the Bakhchisaray district of the Republic of Crimea the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT 11.06.2014 held a regular videoconference meeting with CEO, specialists of Bakhchisaray district administration and specialized organizations on the land and property relationships. The meeting theme - records of the most valuable, including irrigated lands; the geodetic points coordinates use by cadastral engineers; lands report and a number of other related issues.

      To save the energy, in subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT SFE "Material support management" the first stage of lamps replacement held. In institution corridors instead of gas-filled lighting fixtures light-emitting-diode saving lamps were installed. In future a full replacement of interior and exterior lighting fixtures is planned.

      Effective 11.06.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 26 413 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 578, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 3 317 of applicants.

      It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 499. In Kazan 2 589 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

      On June 9, 2014, at the next executive meeting of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov resulting budget non-tax revenues of the Republic of Tatarstan for the five months of the current year were announced.

      According to specialists of the economy, privatization and corporate governance of the Ministry for the period 146.6 million rubles of non-tax revenues came to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from the use and sale of state property and land plots.

      Today, on June 9, this year, fifty-second session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan took place. Among other issues, deputies reviewed the draft of the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "On Amendments to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan" and adopted it in the first reading.

      To discuss this issue, the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Hamaev made a speech.

      Pursuant to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 31.05.2014 № 1024-r the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan held a meeting with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, APHI "Nizhnekamsk central district multifield hospital" and APHI "Bugulminsky central district hospital" on the public tenders for concession agreements in respect of health facilities to provide outpatient hemodialysis services to the population of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      On the meeting agencies were clarified the need to allocate facilities as independent properties, putting them on cadastre and to prepare relevant technical specifications.

      The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan (further- Ministry) summed up the cash inflows to the republican budget from lands lease that are in republic property.

      According to specialists of the Office of Land Resources of the Ministry of RT for the period from May 29 to June 6, 2014, 1,398 million rubles came from the land lease.

      Total: for the period from January 1 to June 6, 2014, 11.21 million came to the republican budget.
