On June 5, 2014, Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT Farit Musin held a meeting on management decision in respect of SUE "Nizhnekamsk auto enterprise of medical ambulance of the Ministry of Health of Republic of Tatarstan". Representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of Health of Nizhnekamsk and the enterprise attended the meeting.
Considered organizational issues on SUE "Nizhnekamsk AEMA MH RT" privatization by its transformation into a joint-stock company. Given the range of outstanding issues, including the property structure, subject to privatization, decided to analyze the structure of the enterprise property to be included in the authorized capital during corporatization and to consider offers made by CEO of the Nizhnekamsk Office of Health Halfiev, to make use of public space more efficient, which are currently in the enterprise’s economic management.
State Duma of the Russian Federation on May 23, 2014 on the first reading adopted a bill on social support measures of families with three or more children.
Currently, citizens having three or more children are entitled to purchase (including the house construction) land plots for free, that are in state or municipal property. This does not include the need to improve housing conditions. Also, not provided alternative improvement forms of such families living conditions.
The bill eliminates these defects. First, offered to fix clearly goals of sites free providing – individual housing or summer cottage construction, gardening, horticulture, livestock, private farming. As before, the lands will be released without trades and prior approval of objects placement. Regions will establish the procedure for sites granting. Moreover, they will be eligible to take into account the criterion of need to improve housing conditions.
Second, the bill provides for alternative measures of families with three or more children social support. Regional authorities instead of land with citizens consent will be able to provide them social benefits to improve housing conditions. It can be spent on the property purchase, house construction, shared construction or paying down an initial installment, repayment of interest and (or) principal on mortgage loans taken out by the purposes. In addition, due to these payments there will be possibility to offset costs for housing and communal services in the residential tenancy of social or commercial use. Regions will be able to establish other social support measures to provide living quarters.
On June 5, 2014 the Ministry held videoconference - meeting with CEO, specialists of Bakhchisaray district Administration and specialized organizations in the field of land and property relations on the formation of Bakhchisaray district administrative boundaries and settlements on its territory, territorial planning, lands categories changes, the water fund lands lease, agricultural lands distribution to the land shares and other issues of interest to the Crimean colleagues. Bakhchisaray specialists have got satisfactory explanations for all their questions.
For safety purposes, as fire risk period comes, there is a work to ensure fire safety in the administrative building at Kosmonavtov str., 59 Kazan. On each floor mounted door closers, fire-tested valves for water loss, expired fire extinguishers replaced by new ones, troubleshoot the fire alarm operation, briefed on fire safety.
Effective 04.06.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 26 409 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 578, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 3 317 of applicants.
It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 414. In Kazan 2 589 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.
From May 29 to June 1, 2014 the III International Forum of Young Appraisers held in Kazan, which was organized by Russian Society of Appraisers, RO RSA Society of Appraisers of Tatarstan - Member of NP "Appraisers Union of RT" (Partnership) and the Board of Young Appraisers RSA.
Forum’s objective - enhance the professionalism and activity of young appraisers, strengthening their role in the evaluation community at the present stage of economic development.

Pursuant to the Protocol of the republican meeting of financial, treasury and tax authorities in a videoconference on the results of the consolidated budget of the RT execution for the 1st quarter 2014 and tasks of financial, treasury and tax authorities for 2014, a subordinate institution of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT state financed entity "Managing material support" designed rules of paid services in state property leasing through the auctions.
At the federal level the provision of lands clarified for peasant (farmer's) economy, as well as the organization, protection and use of specially protected nature areas relating to their categories establishment, the creation and development features, the specially protected areas state provisions were adjusted.
Similar changes have been made to the Land Code of the Republic of Tatarstan.
