Pursuant to the instructions of the Ministry of land and property relations of RT subordinate institution of the state financed entity "Republican proprietary Treasury" has carried out the use of state property transferred to the gratuitous use to the Kazan Institute (branch) FSBEI HPO "Russian Trade and Economic University", located on the Gvardeyskaya str., 9 and Gubkin str., 40.
During the meeting with the leadership of the Ministry of Information and Communication of RT on the perspective directions of NP "Appraisers Union of RT", held on May 27, 2014 in IT-park (Kazan), the creation of a geographic information system "Price zoning in the Republic of Tatarstan" was discussed.
Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Anatoly Geller and Timur Zaripov , CEO of "GLONASS+112" Timur Yakubov, head of the State Unitary Enterprise department "Information Technologies Center of RT" George Choi, head of Territorial Development Office of the Ministry of Economy Marat Gainullin, Board members and executive Directorate of NP "Appraisers Union of RT"; heads of structural units of the Ministry of Information and Communication of RT and the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan attended the meeting.
Today in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT (further- Ministry) board videoconference meeting held on the May Presidential Decrees execution.
Minister Azat Hamaev started the meeting, who stressed the importance of the tasks set out in the decrees and the need for their timely execution.
One of the main issues of the meeting was summarizing and analyzing the problems of land provision for large families. The first Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergei Demidov reflected this theme in the presentation.
As of 28.05.2014 annual general meetings of shareholders held with an interest of the Republic of Tatarstan in 12 JSC: JSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim", JSC "Kazanorgsintez", JSC "TNV", JSC "Zainsk HPP", JSC "Tattehkontrol", JSC "Almetyevsky plant "Radiopribor", JSC "Almetevk - Water canal", JSC "KOMZ", JSC "Reg. eng. centre in chemical tech. sphere", JSC "Tatflot", JSC "Tatneftekhiminvest Holding", JSC "AIKB "Tatfondbank", where considered the questions on the annual report approval, annual financial statement, dividends payments, the formation of the body of management and control.
Effective 28.05.2014, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 26 165 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 5 574, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 3 154 of applicants.
It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 25 403. In Kazan 2 589 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 327 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

By and large, 6 million 453 thousand tonnes of crude oil was produced in the fields of TATNEFT for the first three months of this year. According to the results of the financial and economic activities the company received 30.8 billion roubles of profit before tax. The net profit increased by 6.2 billion roubles compared with the same period of the last year and amounted to 24.4 billion rubles.

According to the order of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan № 4067-r from 27.12.2013 subordinate agency of the Ministry state-financed entity "Management of material support" has begun the distribution of eurocontainers for garbage collection, that are in institution custody.
