       On September 27 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations Sergey Demidov the meeting on a question of alleged allocation of the ground areas within development of railway and station infrastructure according to projects of the transport and transfer Kazan-2 hubs (o.p. Vosstanie) and "SMART City Kazan" (o.p. Stolbishche), including a complex of maintenance, of trains took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       On September 27 within an annual republican month "No to Extremism!” the meeting devoted to prevention and counteraction to extremism took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations RT. With lecture before the staff of the Ministry on a subject "Legal support of counteraction of corruption. The extremism and terrorism – a call to society" spoke the representative of the Interior Ministry of RT Azat Shafikov.

       Today the next board meeting of "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" Non-profit partnership took place in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Signing of Agreements on interaction between "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" and "Guild of Realtors of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit partnerships became one of the main questions.

       Effective 25.09.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 22 770 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 544, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 788 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 23 395. In Kazan 2 166 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       The receipts of money in the consolidated and republican budgets from rent of the ground areas were summed up in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Today under the chairmanship of minister Azat Khamayev the working meeting on an exchange of experience in the sphere of public administration by the land and property relations with participation of delegation of the Ministry of management of the state property of Sverdlovsk region headed by the Minister of management of the state property of Sverdlovsk region Alexey Pyankov took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT. The delegation consists of deputy ministers and directors of the department of administration, State Unitary Enterprise SO "Regional state center of technical inventory and real estate registration", State Unitary Enterprise SO "Administrative management of Mingosimuschestvo of Sverdlovsk region".

       Yesterday, on September 14, within preparation of the next meeting of republican organizing committee on preparation and carrying out celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, Minister Azat Khamayev took part in meeting of organizing committee of the fixed Tukayevsky municipal area.

       Last week the next qualification examination on compliance of applicants to the requirements for cadastral engineers took place in Federal Registration Service Management across the Republic of Tatarstan.

       On passing of the qualification examination arrived 15 applicants from 18 allowed and 9 applicants from the number successfully passed examination.

       On September 12, 2013 the next regular meeting of Public Council took place under the chairmanship of Ilsur Safiullin with the agenda "About a state program "Management of state ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan for 2014 - 2020"" at Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Information on the issue was made by the head of department of the account, monitoring and information exchange Ildar Rakhmatullin. Alexey Mamakov, Fareed Galeyev, Farit Safin, Valentin Paymukhin, Ilsur Safiullin, deputy ministers, Farit Musin and Rustem Shameev, took part in discussion of the agenda.
