       Taking into account the data of the State Immovable Property Cadastre received from Federal State Budgetary Institution Federal Cadastral Chamber of Federal Registration Service branch across the Republic of Tatarstan, and as a result of drawing a layer on the card with passing of the route of a high-speed railway line "Moscow – Kazan – Yekaterinburg" in the graphic and text look, containing cadastral numbers of the land plots, Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT defined that the route from borders of the Republic of Mari El to Kazan-2 station passes on 1602 ground areas located in the territory of the Zelenodolsky municipal area, and on 1940 ground areas of Kazan.

       Past Saturday, October 5, 2013, within the Sports contest of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan in sport center "Olympus" took place 1/8 endings of competitions on mini-soccer. In this game the team of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT met a team of the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Sports and RT tourism. 

       Yesterday regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       From 18 allowed 16 of applicants arrived to pass the qualificational examination. 7 applicants passed exams and are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

       On October 8-10, 2013 in the congress the hall "Salikh Saydashev", Grand hotel Kazan the training seminar for heads and specialists of Chambers of the property and land relations on the subject "Legislative Bases of Management of the State and Municipal Ownership and Questions of Judicial and Arbitration Practice" will take place.

       Celebration of veterans in the International day of elderly people  became a good tradition in Ministry of  Land and Property Relations of RT. And in the current year on October 1, the festive event for the veterans of the work who have worked for many years in the State Property Committee of RT and Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT took place.

       On behalf of Minister and all employees the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov warmly congratulated veterans of work. He noted a big contribution of each of them to reforming of economy of the republic, transition to new forms and methods of management, successful performance of the tasks set for department. He wished them great festive mood, long and happy years of life and good health. Deputy Minister Rustem Merzakreev and the chairman of the board of veterans Mikhail Vinogradov also took part in festive action at Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT.

       In pursuance of an order of the President of RT on the lake Harovoye  the decision on cancellation of transfer of the ground areas in rent was made by Ministry of Land and Property Relations and the earlier signed lease contract of the earth under construction of a mnogourovny parking was terminated. Also the decision on transfer of the ground areas in municipal property of Kazan was made.

       The receipts of money in the consolidated and republican budgets from rent of the ground areas were summed up in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       On September 26, 2013 the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 684 made changes to the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 25.10.2006 No. 523 "On the statement of a form of the petition for transfer of the ground areas from lands of agricultural purpose in other category and structure of documents enclosed to it".
