       The receipts of money in the consolidated and republican budgets from rent of the ground areas were summed up in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       At the next board meeting of NP "Union of Appraisers of RT" a number of the decisions, which are directly influencing on the development of estimated activity in RT, was accepted.

       In particular, board members discussed questions of implementation of the pilot project on creation of a uniform database of real estate, formation of the financial development plan of NP for the period till 2017 taking into account completion of multilisting system of monitoring of the market of real estate in interaction with Guild of realtors of RT. Also the question of the direction of offers on development of the republican target program of development of the market of real estate of RT for the period till 2017 was discussed.

       09.10.2013 the meeting is held under the chairmanship of First Deputy minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov with participation of representatives of the Ministry of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of RT, Executive committee of municipality of Kazan, Executive committee of the Pestrechinsky municipal area, FKU "Volga-Vyatskoupravtodor", Management on the organization of funeral services and the maintenance of places of burial of Kazan concerning placement of a public cemetery and parking in the Pestrechinsky municipal area.

       On October 10, 2013 meeting of a certifying commission of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT on certification of the government civil servants took place in order to assign the corresponding ranks on the basis of an assessment of its professional office activity.

       5 civil servants passed the certification. 

       Yesterday, 10.10.2013, in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT the meeting of the commission on carrying out competition on replacement of vacancies of the public civil service took place under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister Farit Musin.

       The vacancies are:

· head of department of use of the state property of Management of property;

· leading consultant of department of the register of state property of the Republic of Tatarstan of Management of the account, monitoring and information exchange.

       Today, on October 10, 2013, is the finishing day of training seminar which lasted for 3 days in the congress the hall "Salikh Saydashev", Grand hotel of Kazan on the subject "Legislative Bases of Management of the State and Municipal Ownership and Questions of Judicial and Arbitration Practice". About 70 heads and specialists of Chambers of Property and Land Relations of municipal regions of RT took part at the seminar.

       07.10.2013 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the nine months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 925,420 mln. rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the eight months of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 111,6 %.

       Today, 08.10.2013, in the congress hall "Salikh Saydashev", "Grand hotel Kazan" passed the first day of a training seminar on land and property questions for heads and specialists of Chambers and Managements of the property and land relations in a subject: "Legislative bases of management of the state and municipal ownership and questions of judicial and arbitration practice".

       The seminar was opened by Rustem Shameev the Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT. In his speech he noted the need of carrying out similar meetings and emphasized that a main objective of training – identification of the most burning issues of practice of management by the state and municipal property and problems for the purpose of definition of ways of their decision.

       The resolution of the government of the Russian Federation of 18.09.2013 No. 821 are approved Rules of acceptance by executive body of the government or local government of the decision on withdrawal of the ground area provided to the public or municipal authority, the state enterprise (except for the state academies of Sciences created by such academies of Sciences and (or) establishments subordinated to them), at its inadequate use.

       On October 5, 2013 within the traditional nature protection stock "Day of Landing of the Wood" the staff of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took active part in a bookmark to memorable landing of the wood in the Matyushinsky local forest area of GKU RT "Suburban Forest Area", having planted saplings of coniferous breeds.
