       On October 31 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov the meeting on a question of execution of an order of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan about ensuring the state registration of real estate objects and the ground areas for expansion of taxable base of local governments took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT. For the analysis and the solution of the problems arising during working process on meeting heads of Chambers of the property and land relations of the Agryzsky, Aksubayevsky, Aktanyshsky, Bugulma, Visokogorsky, Kukmorsky, Mendeleevsky municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan were invited.

       Cabinet of Ministries of RT by the order from 07.10.2013 No. 1944-r entrusted to Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT together with State Unitary Enterprise Agency by the State Order of the Republic of Tatarstan to consider a question of introduction concerning republican property of system of the electronic auction in order to prevent personal interaction of potential tenants and lessors (establishments and the republic enterprises) and to decrease  corruption risks.

       31.10.2013 under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister, Farit Musin, the meeting with participation of representatives of Generation Company, JSC, Svyazyinvestneftekhim, JSC, Executive committee of Kazan, Committee of Land and Property Relations of Kazan, the State housing stock of the President of RT, the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT.

       At the meeting the question on implementation of the plan of measures on reforming of the heatsupplying enterprises was considered.

       Effective 30.10.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 23 207 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 729, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 2 847 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 23 486. In Kazan 2 166 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan of 09.10.2013 No. 737 work on withdrawal of part of the ground area with the cadastral number 16:16:040603:108, situated in the Berezkinsky rural settlement of the Visokogorsky municipal area being in property of "Agrotakt", JSC located in borders was begun by Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT. 

       In Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, responsible for preparation of drafts of resolutions of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan about change of category of lands, there is a preparation of the draft decision of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan about inclusion to borders of the settlement of page of Usada of the Stolbishchensky rural settlement of the Laishevsky municipal region of the ground area about 180 hectares. This ground ares was transferred to the possession of Federal fund of assistance to development of housing construction.

       The meeting of representatives of JSC SK Tatflot and educational institution took place within actions for creation of a campus of training for a water transport on the basis of the Kazan branch of the Volga state academy of a water transport in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT.

       According to the report of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan", the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 26, 2013 No. 1744-r approved the plan of measures ("road map") named "Improvement of estimated activity".

       "Road map" assumes the development and modification of federal standards of an assessment taking into account the international standards of an assessment, development of the databases containing data on characteristics of objects of an assessment, specification of an order of responsibility of customers of an assessment, appraisers and experts, increase of requirements to qualification of appraisers, improvement of procedures of carrying out the state cadastral assessment and an order of its contest, specification of powers of bodies of the state and non-state regulation of estimated activity and some other innovations. The "Road map" purposes, thus, completely comply with the purpose and problems of NP "Union of Appraisers of RT" and were developed with direct participation of its members.

       Table tennis competitions passed on October 19, 2013 on the base of the Center of boxing and table tennis within the Sports contest of the civil and municipal servants of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       The ministry continues working on reduction of the state unitary enterprises by accession to one state unitary enterprise proceeds.
