       07.11.2013 under the chairmanship of the Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Musin the next meeting of the working group on the analysis and control of financial and economic activity of the state unitary enterprises and the open joint stock companies which are in state ownership took place on which financial and economic activity of the following enterprises was considered: State Unitary Enterprise Nizhnekamsk Autoenterprise of Sanitary Transport of MZ RT, State Unitary Enterprise Medical technology and pharmacy of Tatarstan, State Unitary Enterprise Information and Publishing Control Centre of Affairs of the President of RT, State Unitary Enterprise Agency by a State Order, Investment Activity and Interregional Communications, State Unitary Enterprise RT "NPO Geotsentr" and State Unitary Enterprise RT Direktion of target programs of the Ministry of affairs of GO and RT emergency.

       Today the meeting in a videoconference mode with heads of Chambers of Property and Land Relations of RT concerning ensuring execution of the budgetary tasks for 2013 regarding receipt of the income from use and realization of municipal property and the ground areas took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations. The First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov held meeting.

       According to the concluded Agreements the next meeting of the joint working group of the Union of appraisers of RT and Guild of realtors of RT took place. In meeting took part:

Ruslan Sadreev (President of NP "GR RT", head of JSC YuA Premier) from Guild of realtors, Andrey Savelyev (head of JSC NLB-Nedvizhimost), Oleg Zakharov (head of JSC Novostroyki Kazani), Lilia Zaripova (The Executive director of NP "GR RT")

from the Union of appraisers: Olga Gripas (the board member of partnership - the Director general of JSC AKF Vneshaudit), Oleg Bulgakov (The Executive director of the Union).

       Members of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" took part on October 31, 2013 in work of a round table "A road map. Threats for estimated branch", organized SRO "Business Union of Appraisers" (Moscow).  

       According to the proposal of the member of "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit partnership - JSC Ekspert Business Centre (Nizhnekamsk) and the decision of Board of Partnership interests of the Union of appraisers of RT in the Zakamsky region will be represented by the head of open company - Ayupov Dinar Khambolyevich.

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan works on the analysis of lawsuits on contest of cadastral cost of the ground areas, the republics which were in the territory.

       Reports on the market cost, brought by claimants into court for contest of cadastral cost of the ground areas, are studied by specialists of Ministry about compliance of market cost to real market transactions, and also on compliance to the federal legislation on estimated activity.

       On November 05, 2013 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT the open auction auction on cost increase on realization of the state property was held under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov.

       The receipts of money in the consolidated and republican budgets from rent of the ground areas were summed up in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan according to orders of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, and the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ildar Halikov, works on ensuring appropriate control of rational use of grounds of agricultural purpose.

       In pursuance of these instructions under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, Sergey Demidov, 01.11.2013 the working meeting took place, where representatives of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Agriculture and the food of the Republic of Tatarstan, Federal Registration Service Management across the Republic of Tatarstan, Departments of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance for the Republic of Tatarstan took part. During matter consideration participants of meeting discussed application of a new technique (the tree-ring analysis) for withdrawal justification in a judicial order of the ground areas of agricultural purpose which are not used on their purpose within three years.

       The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation developed the draft of the federal law "On modification of the Land code of the Russian Federation and other acts of the Russian Federation".

       The bill is directed on improvement of the legislation and makes changes to the Land code of the Russian Federation, the Town-planning code of the Russian Federation, Federal laws "On introduction in action of the Land code of the Russian Federation", "On estimated activity", "On the State Immovable Property Cadastre", "On gardening, ogorodnichesky and country noncommercial associations of citizens", and also other acts of the Russian Federation.
