       The staff of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan expresses deep condolences to the family of victims in plane crash at the International airport Kazan.

       On November 15 the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Khamayev took part in meeting of executive authorities of regions of the Volga federal district in the field of the property and land relations which took place in Cheboksary.

       At meeting some common problems in the sphere of a turn of lands, ensuring use of lands on purpose, a cadastral assessment of real estate objects and granting the land plots to large families were discussed.

       14.11.2013 under the chairmanship of deputy minister Musin F.Sh. the next meeting of the working group on the analysis and control of financial and economic activity of the state unitary enterprises and the open joint stock companies which are in state ownership took place on which financial and economic activity of the following enterprises was considered: JSC Tatagroleasing, JSC GPP Elita, JSC Bugulma Breeding Enterprise, JSC Menzelinsky Breeding Enterprise.

      Yesterday regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       From 18 allowed 14 of applicants arrived to pass the qualificational examination. 9 applicants passed exams and are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan in property of the Republic of Tatarstan acquired 121 premises for granting to orphan children and persons from their number that makes 46% from quantity of premises according to the republican Program on providing orphan children, children without parental support, and also persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, premises of specialized housing stock according to employment contracts of specialized premises in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013.

       13.11.2013 meeting of the Interdepartmental commission on work with representatives of the state in governing bodies and control of economic societies and associations took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT. 

       Members of the Interdepartmental commission, representatives of the Device of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries, Associations of the enterprises and businessmen of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in meeting.

       On November 13, 2013 under the chairmanship of deputy minister Rustem Merzakreev the meeting on a question of allocation of the ground area around the International airport "Kazan" for creation of the Volga region sorting automated Federal State Unitary Enterprise Russian Post center took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       11.11.2013 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the nine months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with AzatKhamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

        According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 1 086,71 mln. rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the eight months of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 131 %.

       Within the Sports contest of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan on November 9, 2013 on the basis of the Kazan academy of tennis badminton competitions.

       The receipts of money in the consolidated and republican budgets from rent of the ground areas were summed up in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
