       Now the special attention is paid by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan to questions of increase of efficiency of use of the state property, including concerning the property, being under economic authority of the unitary enterprises. On a skill level of the top management of management of the state enterprises depends not only safety of the state property, but also its profitability, and respectively and receipts in the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

       Effective 27.11.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 23 594 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 831, and in Naberezhnye Chelny – 2 886 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 23 587. In Kazan 2 166 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       On November 27, 2013 under the chairmanship of the first deputy minister of the land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov sale of the state property without announcement the closed form of submission of offers of acquisition took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT.

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT took into account one more form of sale of illiquid state property – sale without announcement of price is taken by the closed form of submission of offers of acquisition.

       On November 26, 2013 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov open biddings on cost increase on realization of the state property were held in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT.

It is a kind of scientific work with use of modern programs, calculations, photos, the analysis of the markets, etc. for justification of results of an assessment.

       Today Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan in property of the Republic of Tatarstan acquired 257 premises for granting to orphan children and persons from their number that makes 97% of quantity of premises according to the republican Program for providing orphan children, children without parental support, and also persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, premises of specialized housing stock according to employment contracts of specialized premises in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013.

        21.11.2013 under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev the next meeting of the working group on the analysis and control of financial and economic activity of the state unitary enterprises and the open joint stock companies which actions are in state ownership took place where financial and economic activity of the following enterprises was considered: State Unitary Enterprise RT Tatleasing, JSC Buinskoye MPP ZhKH, JSC Almetyevsk Vodokanal, JSC Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending RT, JSC UKS engineering networks and developments of energy saving technologies of RT, JSC RPO Tatkommunenergo and JSC Tatkommunpromkomplekt.

       The receipts of money in the consolidated and republican budgets from rent of the ground areas were summed up in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT reminds RT that according to the Federal law of 24.07.2007 No. 221-FZ (an edition of 28.07.2012) "About the State Immovable Property Cadastre" the cadastral engineer is obliged to notify executive authority of the subject of the Russian Federation, the qualification certificate which has given out to it, and body of the cadastral account on the chosen form of the organization of the cadastral activity in time no later than thirty working days from the date of receiving by the cadastral engineer of the qualification certificate.

       Today under the chairmanship of the deputy minister Farita Musin the working meeting on an exchange of experience in the sphere of the land and property relations with representatives of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Arkhangelsk region took place in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT. As a part of delegation there were deputy minister Elena Dobrynin and head of department of land economic policy and management of land resources Elena Sharyba.
