       09.09.2013 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the eight months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev,Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 835,64 mln. rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the eight months of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 100,74 %.

       Today, on September 6, 2013 receipts of money in the consolidated and republican budgets from rent of the ground areas were summed up in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       On September 2, 2013 the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Khamayev participated in festive events on the occasion of the All-Russian holiday "Knowledge Day". Action took place in Municipal budgetary educational institution "Yana-Bulyaksky Main Comprehensive School". In a solemn line participated schoolchildren, parents, employees of regional department of education, heads of the area and the rural settlement and representatives of mass media. In total for about 200 people participated in action.

      Effective 28.08.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 22 378 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 468, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 728 of applicants.

      On August 28 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT Sergey Demidov in order to accomplish the state program of the Republic of Tatarstan "Development of the market of gas motor fuel in the Republic of Tatarstan for 2013 - 2023" the meeting on a question of granting the ground areas for construction of automobile gas-filling compressor stations in the territory of Kazan, Nizhnekamsk, Zelenodolsk, Bugulma with participation of representatives of Gazprom Gas Motor Fuel JSC and local governments of Kazan, Zelenodolsky, Nizhnekamsk, Bugulma municipal areas took place in the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      Today under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov the meeting on a question of transfer of the specialized organization of thermal networks of the Second platform of the Kazan science and technology park in the sphere of high technologies "IT-park" in the territory Naberezhnye Chelny took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

      On August 20, 2013 Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Khamayev took part in the republican charity action "Help to Go to School" in the Tukayevsky municipal area.

      The festive event took place in Municipal budgetary educational institution (MBEI) "High comprehensive school of the settlement Krugloe Pole" of the Kruglopolsky rural settlement.

      On August 15 the meeting with participation of representatives of local governments of Vysokogorsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Tukayevsky municipal areas and Federal Registration Service across the Republic of Tatarstan took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT  under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT Sergey Demidov in order to ensure the appropriate control of rational use of lands of agricultural appointment.

       Today the Board meeting took place following the results of work in the first half-year 2013 in a videoconference mode in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT. The Board passed under the chairmanship of Minister and the chairman of board Azat Hamayev. The First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov reported on activity results of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT and municipalities in the first half of the year 2013.

       In his speech he noted that plan execution according to the income in the republican budget is accomplished up to 70% of an annual task. Concerning municipal property within the last 4 years the positive dynamics of semi-annual receipts is observed.  In a whole the annual plan on receipts by municipalities is also successfully carried out, although a number of areas goes with lag.
