       Effective 30.07.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 21 982 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 365, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 680 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 942. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       On the eve of the closing ceremony of the World summer Universiade Games – 2013 the management of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan met delegations of the Ministries of Land and Property Relations of the Volga federal district of Russia consisted of 17 people who were invited to a festive event by Minister Azat Khamayev.

       15.07.2013 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the six months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

        According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 458,580 mln. rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the six months of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 68,2 %.

       On July 6 Universiade Torch Relay took place Within Universiade Games 2013. The main symbol of the 27th World summer Universiade Games arrived to Kazan the day before and had already visited 51 cities of five parts of the world.

       Universiade Torch Relay started in the Village of Universiade Games and finished at the main building of the Kazan (Volga region) Federal University (KFU). The mayor of the capital of Tatarstan Ilsur Metshin became the first torchbearer. 

       Due to the receipt of numerous questions from citizens to Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan about programs of free granting the ground areas for individual housing construction to citizens of the republic, reports the following.

       By point 2 of Art. 28 of the Land Code of the Russian Federation (Further – LC Russian Federation) it is provided that granting of the ground areas being in the state or municipal ownership, in property of citizens and legal entities is made for a payment.

       So, according to LC Russian Federation Art. 30 the ground areas can be provided in property or in rent at the auction (competitions, auctions) or in rent with preliminary coordination of places of placement of objects.

       Yesterday regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       15 allowed applicants came to take qualification exam. 9 applicants passed exams and are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

       Effective 26.06.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 21 466 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 261, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 588 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 795. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       Effective 19.06.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 21 429 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 261, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 588 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 772. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       On June 14 in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT within an educational action "I don't give and I don't take Bribes" the meeting with heads of RPO "Union of Youth of the Republic of Tatarstan" took place on a subject: "I don't give and I don't take Bribes ".

       During the meeting the activists of the youth organization were acquainted with activity of Ministry and its carried-out work on prevention of corruption manifestations.  In turn, the representatives of the Union of youth of the Republic acquainted employees of Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT with the main activities of organization, including anti-corruption activity.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 756. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.
