On June 7 and 10 under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT, Sergey Demidov, in order to implement the construction project of a high-speed railway line "Moscow – Kazan – Yekaterinburg" (HSR-2) the meetings on the question of the route choice of a high-speed railway line "Moscow – Kazan – Yekaterinburg" with participation of representatives of "Lengiprotrans" JSC (generating designer), "Tomgiprotrans" JSC, "Skorostnye Magistrali" JSC, the Ministries of Construction, Architecture and Housing and communal services of RT, "Kazan Giproniiaviaprom" JSC, "Tatinvestgrazhdanproyekt" State Unitary Enterprise, local governments of Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny cities' districts and municipal regions of RT took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT.
On 10 June, the main symbol of the 2013 Summer Universiade arrived in Chuvashia: the Flame of the 27th World University Summer Games which was yesterday welcomed by the capital city of the Mari El Republic – Yoshkar-Ola – was greeted today by residents of Cheboksary. 40 Torchbearers carried the Flame along the streets of Chuvashia's capital. Cheboksary has become the 23rd city of the Russian leg of the Universiade Torch Relay.
The honour of carrying the Universiade Flame across Cheboksary was given to the best students of the city, famous athletes, including Merited Master of Sport, world champion, 20km race walking silver medallist of the Olympic Games Olympiada Ivanova; Master of Sport in Biathlon, repeat winner and runner-up in the World and European Championships as a member of the Russian national team Evgeny Petrov; Master of Sport in Athletics; European cross country running champion as a member of the Russian national team Ekaterina Matyunina; Master of Sport in aAhletics, USSR cross country running champion, two-time champion of the Spartakiade of People of the RSFSR Nikolai Grigoriev. The honour to carry the Torch was also given to volunteers, representatives of youth organisations as well as the 2013 Summer Universiade's partner companies.
"The Torch Relay was excellent! I compare international competitions and our today's sports celebrations, and I have to say honestly that the emotions are very intense here," said Master of Sport in Biathlon, repeat winner and runner-up in the World and European Championships, Torchbearer Evgeny Petrov. "I would like to thank everyone who organised the Torch Relay in our city, also my parents, coaches and, of course, those people who gave me the opportunity to take part in this Torch Relay as a Torchbearer!"
Rustam Minnikhanov considers the project to be very important for it will enable economic development of the country and increase mobility of population. Tatarstan President thanked company’s executives for making principal decision concerning construction of high-speed railway lines.
The lease contract of the ground area for complex of the Children's Hospice construction is signed between Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan and Public charity foundation of the help to children sick with leukemia, of the Republic of Tatarstan named after Angela Vavilova.
On May 31, 2013 the resolution of the Cabinet of the Republic of Tatarstan with additional correction coefficient 0,01 is brought in the resolution "On a Rent" is accepted.
Effective 05.06.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 21 265 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 231, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 590 of applicants.
It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 747. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.
By and large, 21 thousand 110 applicants have entered into the list. The meeting was held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
Azat Khamaev continued that land lots have been granted to 84 per cent of large families that were included in the list.

Today the land question continues to remain one of the most actual and problematic in the republic.
Yesterday the program “Tatarstan without Corruption” on the land questions was shown on “Tatarstan — the New Century” TV channel.
The Minister of Land and Property Relations of Tatarstan Azat Khamaev, the Assistant to the President of Tatarstan Airat Nurutdinov, the deputy head of Management of Federal Registration of RT Artem Kostin and the main adviser of department of monitoring of Management of the President of RT concerning anti-corruption policy Yury Likhachev took part in discussion on the land questions on the telecast.
On May 17, 2013 under the chairmanship of Minister A.R.Belousova the Expert advisory board meeting on estimated activity of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation took place in the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
During meeting of the Council the following subjects were discussed:
∙ On priority problems of regulation of estimated activity;
∙ Acute problems of procedures realization of the state cadastral assessment;
∙ On formation of practice concerning contest of determination results of cadastral cost of real estate objects;
∙ On usage of results of an assessment in order to increase management efficiency by state ownership;
∙ On the plan of measures ("road map") "Improvement of estimated activity".
