       Yesterday regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       From 18 allowed 15 of applicants arrived to pass the qualificational examination. 9 applicants passed exams and are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

       Effective 15.05.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 21 052 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 124, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 528 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 671. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       Today, 13.05.2013, the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the three first months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev,Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 239,8 mln. rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the four months of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 35,7 %.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 632. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       The thematic stand is issued in honor of the holiday devoted to the 68th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 in the foyer of  Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Effective 24.04.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 20 881 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 070, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 515 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 587. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       Today the XXI meeting of Council of the Tukayevsky municipal area took place in Naberezhnye Chelny. At the meeting the Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT Azat Khamayev, the head of the Tukayevsky municipal area Vasil Khaziev and deputies of local governments of the area took part.

       During the meeting 7 questions were considered, including reports on budget performance of the Tukayevsky municipal area, Audit Chamber for 2012 and other information on area activity.

       On April 16 the seminar meeting for heads of territories of Zakamye of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in Chistopolsky MKDK. The First Deputy of Land and Property Relations of RT Sergey Demidov took part in the seminar.

       Representatives of the Apparatus of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the ministries and departments of RT, the head of territories of the Aksubayevsky, Alekseevsky, Alkeevsky, Novosheshminsky, Nurlatsky, Spassky and Chistopolsky municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the working process of the seminar meeting.

       Participants of the seminar meeting were welcomed by the head of the Chistopolsky municipal area Ildus Akhmetzyanov.

       The First Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Demidov made the speech at the seminar meeting with the report on the subject "Actual issues in the sphere of Land and Property Relations".
