       On April 18, 2013 the ceremony of commisioning of production of ABS-plastics, and also annual general meeting of shareholders of JSC “Nizhnekamskneftekhim” ("NKNH"), where the performance of the Company in 2012 was summed up, took place. The Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Azat Khamayev also took part in the events.

       Following the results of financial and economic performance of the Company for 2012, 30 per cent will be directed on payment of dividends from net profit that makes 5,088 billion rub, or 2,78 rub on each ordinary and exclusive shareholders’ action.

       Effective 17.04.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 20 686 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 070, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 446 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 551. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       Effective 09.04.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 20 608 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 010, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 446 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 542. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       Today, 08.04.2013, the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the three first months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev,Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 175,4 mln. rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the first month of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 26,1 %.

       Yesterday regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       18 allowed applicants came to take qualification exam. 9 applicants passed exams and are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

       The Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan is determined by the coordinator of works in the territory of the republic to identificate the land massifs representing great commercial interest, not registered in the cadastre, to form the register of such lands for further works on land usage planning for registration of the right of municipal property.

       Today in Kazan and in the territory of 6 suburban municipal areas  near 130 of ground areas with a total area about 2 thousand hectares are revealed.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 504. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       Effective 27.03.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 20 545 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 4 010, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 446 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 471. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       Today the first annual general meeting of UP (non-profit partnership) "Union of Appraisers of RT" where board members of the partnership, independent board members and members of NP "Union of Appraisers of RT" took part was held in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       In the introductory report the President of partnership Andrey Lisichkin acquainted the audience with Partnership work from the creation moment, i.e. from August, 2012 to February of the current year. For the specified period the structure of governing bodies of the organization is developed and approved. The organizational issues concerning presidential elections, formations of Board, the Supervisory Board, executive management of Partnership were resolved. As Andrey Lisichkin noted the site of NP "Union of Appraisers of RT" at www.ocenshiki-rt.ru was created for information transparency and now it is on an updating process.

       On March 20, 2013 the Republic of Tatarstan was visited by the working group of the Apparatus of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Volga federal district in order to analyze the practice of granting ground areas being in the state and municipal ownership to the citizens who have three and more children. The members of working group are:

Zolotorev Yury Vasilyevich – the assistant to the Plenipotentiary Representative, the head of the working group;

Loginov Pavel Borisovich – the deputy chief of department concerning domestic politics issues;

Kozyro Alexander Sergeevich – the federal inspector of department of information and analytical and legal support.

       The working group studied the organization of work on granting the ground areas to large families in Kazan, Laishevsky and Pestrechinsky municipal areas.  Representatives of the President of the Russian Federation also examined the ground areas which were already provided to large families in Bolshie Kabany village in the Laishevsky area and in of Kaymary villag in the Vysokogorsky area. Meetings with large families were also held.
