       Effective 19.03.2013, according to the accepted statements from citizens with large family on obtaining ground areas it is decided to include 20 307 of applicants in lists, including in Kazan – 3 897, and in Naberezhnye Chelny. – 2 392 of applicants.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 360. In Kazan 1 952 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2 306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.

       Yesterday regular qualification exams were held to certify cadaster engineers in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       18 allowed applicants came to take qualification exam. 7 applicants passed exams and are going to be granted with qualification Certificate of cadaster engineer.

       Yesterday  the XX meeting of Council of the municipal area, where the head of the municipal area Vasyl Khazeev reported the following results of social and economic development of the Tukaevsky municipal area in 2012 and announced tasks for 2013, passed in the Tukaevsky municipal area. The vice-chairman of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, the chairman of the Union of journalists of the Republic of Tatarstan Rimma Ratnikova, the Minister of land and property relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, the curator of the area Azat Khamaev, the deputy of the State Council of RT, the general director of “Naberezhnochelninsky KHP” JSC  Almaz Sharipov and the chief of Head department of veterinary science of the Cabinet of RT Bulat Kamalov took part in meeting took part in meeting.

       Today, 11.03.2013, the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax income within the two first months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev,Minister of Land and Property Relations RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry within above mentioned period 113,1 mln. rubles of non-tax income came into budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of government property and ground areas. Thus within the first month of the present year the budget task is accomplished to 16,8 %.

       On February 28, 2013, under the presidency of Sergey Demidov, First Deputy Minister, meeting of the qualification commission on certification on compliance to the qualification demands made to cadastre engineers, namely on consideration of questions concerning cancellation of qualification certificates of cadastre engineers took place in Management of Rosreestr (Federal Service for State Registration) of the Republic of Tatarstan.

       Past Saturday, March 2 the first stage of the skiing sport contest (Spartakiada Games) of the civil and municipal workers of RT took place in the sports complex “Mayak” in Zelenodolsk city.

       The team from Ministry of Land and Property Relations took active part in skiing competitions.

       Yesterday under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister Sergey Demidov the business meeting with representatives of the Malaysian company XYBASE took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of Republic of Tatarstan. It was the second visit of Malaysian experts to the Ministry.

       It was reported by specialists from Management of land resources of Ministry that total amount of ground areas registered in cadastre in the Republic of Tatarstan including Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny is 22 203. In Kazan 1 962 of ground areas and in Naberezhnye Chelny 2306 of ground areas were registered in cadastre.
