Today, a meeting was held on the preparation of documents necessary for entering information on the boundaries of settlements into the Unified State Register of Real Estate.  It was attended by representatives of the branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Federal cadastral chamber of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography” in the Republic, the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” and municipal districts.

Today, Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Edik Diyarov held a meeting via videoconference to consider the financial and economic activities of municipal unitary enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan following the results of the 3rd quarter of 2022.

 Thus, at the end of the 3rd quarter of 2022, 111 municipal unitary enterprises were registered in the republic, of which 89 are operating, there is no activity in 8 municipal unitary enterprises, 11 in the liquidation procedure and 3 enterprises in the bankruptcy procedure.

  Deputy Minister Edik Diyarov noted that, according to the analysis, the number of unprofitable enterprises at the end of the 3rd quarter of 2022 amounted to 43 municipal unitary enterprises, and 19 municipal unitary enterprises with loans.  The most unprofitable are municipal unitary enterprises in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevsky, Nurlatsky and Nizhnekamsky municipal districts.  Municipal formations with the largest number of credited municipal unitary enterprises: Naberezhnye Chelny, Almetyevskiy and Mendeleevskiy municipal districts.

 

Today, within the framework of the Year of Digitalization in the Republic of Tatarstan and the All-Russian Educational Project in the field of information technology, the Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Shameev held another "Lesson of digital" at the Khosesan secondary school of the Kaibitsky municipal district on the topics "  Video technologies” and “How to become an IT entrepreneur”.  The Deputy Minister introduced the students to a number of digital technologies and the specifics of organizing an IT business in the Republic of Tatarstan.

 

 On November 28, 2022, employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in an event dedicated to the International Anti-Corruption Day - the anti-corruption quest "Together Against Corruption", which was held among the ministries of the Republic and teams of the youth government on the basis of the State Budgetary Institution "A.S. Pushkin Cultural Center"  .

 The event was organized by the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on Anti-Corruption Policy.

 The event was held among employees of the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The participants, divided into 4 teams of 7-8 people, tested their erudition and logic by answering questions related to corruption.

 Before the start of the game, Timur Nikonov, Deputy Minister of Transport and Roads, and Alexander Lokhotskoy, Chief Adviser of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on Anti-Corruption Policy, addressed the participants with parting words.

 

Yesterday, the leadership of the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" took part in the celebration of the 218th anniversary of the Department of Geography and Cartography of Kazan Federal University.

 The Spatial Data Fund includes various areas of activity, and of course, the first priority is the creation of a unified structure for storing and providing spatial data in the Republic of Tatarstan.  Our main task is to fill the archival fund with up-to-date and demanded cartographic and geodetic information.  Therefore, the cooperation of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan with the Department of Geography and Cartography is aimed specifically at fulfilling the task.

 In turn, the Department of Geography and Cartography is the "source" of most of the Foundation's personnel - both graduates and students of this direction work for us.  And the internship in the production departments of the institution has become a kind of "help" in the inclusion of university students in the profession.

A quarter of a century ago, on November 27, 1996, the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation approved the qualification description for the position of "Appraiser (Property Valuation Expert)". This day has become a professional holiday for 22,000 appraisers in Russia, including almost 300 current self-regulatory organizations members working today in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Issues of state and municipal property management, many priority national projects and social programs, and the republic's investment rating are inextricably linked with the assessment. The Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, experts and employees of the Union's organizations play a significant role in the joint implementation of the main directions of development, improving the quality of valuation.

Universities that are partners of the Ministry and the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan - Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University, which has been successfully organizing a qualification exam for appraisers since 2017, Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Kazan Innovation University - IEPM, University of Management TISBI, Kazan branch of the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation.

Volleyball competitions were held today in the Olympiets sports complex as part of the Spartakiad of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The team of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan met with the teams of the Department of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Today, under the chairmanship of Assistant of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev and Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin a meeting on land and property issues with the participation of the executive committees of the municipal districts of the republic was held via video link,.

One of the issues of the meeting was the completion by municipalities of registration of 42 hydraulic structures, of which:

– 24 hydraulic structures in 14 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan are subject to registration as municipal property,

– 7 hydraulic structures in 5 municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan are not in demand by rural settlements,

– 11 disputed hydraulic structures located on problematic land plots.

During the meeting, the districts were explained about the need to make a decision to complete these works as soon as possible.

The meeting also considered the issue of registration of land plots for cemeteries.

 

Issues of reducing debt and tax arrears were considered at the next meeting via videoconference, organized by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan. Representatives of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Office of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Republic of Tatarstan, chambers (departments, committees) of property and land relations of the Republic of Tatarstan took part in the work.

 

The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan appointed open auctions held in electronic form for the sale of 31 vehicle units.
