Co-chairman of the Expert and Consulting Council of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, representative of the Association Russian Society of Appraisers in the Republic of Tatarstan Dmitry Zakhmatov conducted, via videoconference, a practical lesson during the internship of municipal employees at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan. The topic of the lesson was the examination of reports on the assessment of municipal property. The leading expert of the appraisal community spoke about the criteria for the selection of an appraisal organization, the preparation of the terms of reference for the appraisal, focused on express analysis and elements of the examination of reports. A separate block was devoted to the assessment in the context of a pandemic. 

In October 2020, the state budgetary institution Republican Property Treasury carried out an audit of the efficiency of use and safety of state property, enshrined in the operational management of state institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 16, 2020 No. 1698 "On Amending the List of Industries of the Russian Economy Most Affected by the Deterioration of the Situation as a Result of the Spread of a New Coronavirus Infection" amended the list of sectors of the Russian economy that are most affected in the conditions deterioration of the situation as a result of the spread of a new coronavirus infection, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 3, 2020 No. 434 "On approval of the list of sectors of the Russian economy that are most affected by the deterioration of the situation as a result of the spread of a new coronavirus infection", a deferral and exemption is granted from the payment of lease payments under lease agreements for property constituting the property of the treasury of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Ruslan Komarov, director of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, held a meeting of the working subgroup on establishing the border of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of colleagues from the Udmurt Republic.

The participants discussed the specifics of crossing the border near the town of Agryz. The section of the existing border of the city of Agryz of Tatarstan and the Malopurginsky district of Udmurtia cuts cadastral plots, and in some cases passes outside the interests of the population. During the meeting of the working subgroup, it was repeatedly noted that when setting the border, it is important to take into account the interests of citizens. Together with colleagues from Udmurtia, it was decided to continue the work taking into account this fundamentally important point.

On October 22, 2020, the meeting on taxation of land plots for individual housing construction owned by legal entities and individuals in the Pestrechinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship First Deputy Minister Artur Galiev.

The meeting was attended by employees of the land resources department of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chairman of the Chamber of Property and Land of the Pestrechinsky municipal district I.R.Davletkhanov and representatives of Tat.Khodyashevskoye, Bogorodskoye, Shalinskoye, Shigaleevskoye, Konskoye, Koschakovskoye rural settlements of the Pestrechinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On October 22, 2020, a meeting of the competition committee of the Spassky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the city of Bolgar.

A member of the competition commission, Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin and Head of the Spassky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan Fargat Mukhametov took part in the competition for the position of head of the Executive Committee of the Spassky Municipal District of the Republic of Tatarstan.

On October 15, 2020, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the Federal Law On Amending Article 23.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

The specified law specifies the range of officials of bodies exercising state land supervision, authorized to consider cases of administrative offenses.

Today, October 21, the two-day internship of municipal employees at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan has ended.

Today, October 20, 2020, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted the opening of the sixth internship for municipal employees under the program Organization of management of municipal property and land resources at the disposal of the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarsta", which will last two days.

On October 19, 2020 the meeting of the expert subgroup on the spatial data fund and the information system for ensuring urban planning activities was held at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan in the mode of videoconference under the chairmanship of Acting Deputy Minister Tagir Khusnutdinov.
